Total scam, Don’t buy from this place, . I received a brand new 60” Keg Fridge and it won’t drop below 50 F. Supposedly it has a warranty but no one will get back to me on I get it fixed going on day 24 now.

Very unprofessional, their customer service is probably the worst part. Ordered equipment and it was supposed to be here last week but no sign of it and when I call customer service they make me wait on hold for hours and give no proper answers. If you are in need of equipment for your business and need it in a timely manner then dont order here.

I do not have an option to give zero review. I bought a glass door fridge from canaquip and it came with defective thermostat. I called them and asked to send technician but they said if the customer live in small town or out of GTA they can not send technician, so I had to call local technician and they charged me $130 for diagnosis and $130 for to change thermostat, Canaquip only sent me a check of $130 and completely denied that they are not going to pay for diagnosis. It is a brand new fridge and under 1 year warranty, it is very disappointing and frustrated reply from them that they are not sending technician and not even paying for diagnosis if you call your local technician. You need to call them multiple times to get hold of the authorized person. I would never buy anything again from these guys. Zero for customer service and zero for product value. If they do not want to take care of out of GTA customer than why are they selling their products out of GTA, just stick with GTA area. Nonsense excuses always their for customer. Please think twice before you pay them.

I ordered from this place only to find out their customer service is super bad. I will give them this, they did have one agent there that did help but I had to do all the calling and leg work. The gentleman there with an accent is horrible he will hang up on you and they never call back. They sent us the wrong cooler, no one said anything.I found out due to me calling once again, and on their end it said it was a successful delivery and no one would have called me. I'm still waiting on my cooler so fingers crossed it comes and hoping no damage. I also would NOT recommend this company.For those who had a great experience you were lucky. To pay $350 in shipping charges just to be treated like we don't matter is not cool Canaquip. Managers need to do better!!

You won't find a more dedicated team for all your food equipment needs. These guys know their stuff and provide excellent products at excellent prices with excellent customer service to boot! It's extremely rare to find this trifecta. Highly recommended!

The place is amazing! Such great variety of kitchen utensils, machines, etc. Big and small, they offer great tools and solutions. The store is huge and they have a big catalog.

This is single handedly the worst purchasing experience i've ever had.Ordered two stainless tables and both arrived heavily damaged. Packaging was only cardboard, it caused digs and warped the top surface.Contacted customer support 3 times and never got an answer.Stay away from this buiness.
