Great place to purchase batteries. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Much better warranty and product support than Canadian Tire for batteries.

After finishing her shift, a valued volunteer couldn't get her car to start. Called Interstate, talked to Eddie, and she was on her way within an hour! She was treated with the utmost care and respect. Well Done Interstate!

Called Brett for a question on a battery regarding its date. Sent him a photo of the serial number, pulled up the info and he provided me with the date and information I was seeking.Great customer service! Highly recommend buying batteries through Interstate, quality product!

Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful and free battery testing! They even shared some tips with me on troubleshooting a battery draw. Not to mention, the best price after I shopped around! Highly recommend!

The customer service at the west Edmonton 118 AVE store is fantastic, & they always have what we need in stock. We are there at least twice a week to purchase batteries for our company. We Wouldn't deal with any other battery company. 10 /10

We bought interstate battery 12 months ago for Mercedes SL500/1991 and after a year now battery is cracked and liquid is leaking!I went to replace battery as it us under the warranty for 3 years-it is not covered as it has PHYSICAL DAMAGE!that is what they said.We do have another cars for many years but never had experience that batteries are cracking in a year! Not buying this kind batteries anymore, and not recommended!
