We have had two projects completed by River City Tile, a white washed brick feature wall and a complete new tiled ensuite! We love all the work that has been done, amazing craftsmanship! Wow, I don't think I can say enough good things about this place. I have been following River City Tile for some time now. I originally was introduced to their products/companies through social media through brick and mortar/vignettes downtown. Their showroom is beautiful and really gives you a good idea of what products they have. They have a wide range of products in materials and price range and really do care about the customer experience, we started out with one of the showroom staff and ended up talking with a second staff member (Aaron) for over an hour. He was extremely attentive, funny and such a pleasure to talk to. He helped us narrow down a style, color and vibe we were going for and made sure we were taken care of while we were in store. It was great chatting with him and dare I say it was the best customer service we have EVER recieved. I highly recommend checking out their space if you're on the hunt or counters, tile or backsplash you will be inspired and treated like royalty.Did I mention they also have kitties in the showroom?! Another reason to go in!

Chelsea at River City Tile Company is a star - the tiles are gorgeous and unique and the customer service was WAY above and beyond. We're delighted to have purchased tiles that are designed in Canada and buying from a Canadian store meant that Chelsea was able to rush courier additional tiles to accommodate a design change on our part in a day!

We renovated our bathroom by having new marble tile installed around the tub, and new tile floor with a marble perimeter. River City supplied and installed the tile and did a fabulous job. We had the plumber who installed the new tub come back to our house to re-install the toilet and replace some faucet shut-off valves. When he saw the bathroom he was blown away by the quality of the workmanship. He then went to the basement to do some more plumbing work. Before he left, he politely asked Would it be OK if I saw the bathroom one more time?" Of course we let him see it. This is a plumber who does a lot of work for Lowes and Home Depot - he sees HUNDREDS of bathrooms. But he wanted to see this bathroom ONE MORE TIME. It is because the quality of the workmanship was so outstanding. THANK YOU RIVER CITY TILE. YOU LOVE TILE AND IT SHOWS."

Hands down the most knowledgeable in the city. I visited a number of showrooms before I found Aaron and Nicole. I knew I had found the right people to design and deliver my kitchen and bathroom renovations. I definitely got what I paid for. Thanks again. I love it.
