I highly recommend Jasmin and her hearing clinic. My dad was struggling with a wax build up in his ears. Jasmin was very kind and understanding and took very good care of him. Please consider making an appointment at this clinic if you need some help with your hearing. XO

My hearing disability was first detected when I was five years old. I am now 54. I have been to several different audiologists in my lifetime, and Whisper Audiology is by far the best one I've been to. Not only is the staff warm and friendly, Jasmin is welcoming, accommodating and so informative. This place better stick around forever. I'm not planning on going to any other audiologist.

I got my appointment sooner than other clinics in the area. I felt well taken care of, and learned more than I would of expected just walking in. I wish I could rate 6 stars and I would even take my parents here as well.

I have been going to Whisper Audiology (Jasmine) for couple years now. Thanks to her expertise, I am now able to hear clearly and enjoy sounds as I should. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for earing aids or is in need to evaluate their earing. Not only is she professional but also makes me comfortable each time that I am there for my semi-annual check up. She is very knowledgeable and takes time in explaining how the earing aid works.

This place is amazing! HIGHLY recommend seeking support from them for your hearing needs. They took the time to explain everything to me, help me make the right choices for my hearing loss, and have been super supportive with my hearing needs!

While the person that attended me was very polite, it was completely not worth what I was charged for the service unfortunately :(I booked an appointment to have my ears cleaned out (addressing serious ear wax problems). My ears are incredibly itchy every single day, and I have always had a lot of ear wax issues. I was given the appointment time by the company, and I did not specifically request any time. I was aware of the price prior to attending, as they had informed me of it prior to coming. I was told the appointment would take a minimum of 15 minutes.On the day of the appointment, I was called twice to try and reschedule to an earlier time slot (obvious that they wanted to finish their day earlier perhaps)? Sadly, I was unable to reschedule on such short notice so I kept my original time slot.I arrived at 5:05 p.m. (10 minutes early) and she took me in right away! Which was excellent. However, I was back in my car by 5:08 p.m. I literally spent a grand total of probably around 60 seconds to 90 seconds in her chair. She looked in each ear once, and did not clean anything out. And then charged me the full cost of $90.This is just a warning, that if that is a typical ear wax removal appointment - it is 100% NOT worth the money. My ears are still itchy, I still get copious amounts of wax out of them every single morning and evening, and I am out $90 for what I believe was nothing.

they literally scammed me, took $50 from me for a piece of paper and told me to go back to the walk in clinic, when i went back in the walkin clinic, the doctor was acting brand new and told me to go to emt which is supposed to be this whisper audiology spot. the fletcher clinic and this place is a fraud they do not care about people with clogged ears.

Jasmin has been a life saver to me over the last few months. She made herself available when I was struggling when I could not find answers elsewhere. The clinic was kept immaculate, Jasmin acted with utter professionalism and always had a smile, and her expertise helped me through a difficult time. She even followed up to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Whisper Audiology. Jasmin goes above and beyond and you can tell immediately how passionate she is about being an audiologist and how much she cares about her patients.
