Terrific sushi place with great attention to detail. Miso was a great temperature, presentation and atmosphere were really good, and food was made extremely well (in that the frier oil seemed to be at the right temperature so things were crisp and really perfectly cooked). Staff was very nice and polite and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the Japanese restaurant that family and I frequently visit. This place is very spacious with lots of private booths even for a small party of 4. It has modern design and it’s clean throughout the whole restaurant including the washroom. The food is excellent. It’s a more fusion style of Japanese food. We ordered their lunch specials ($20~$23 per order). The double double Raman came in a huge bowl with rich broth, four pieces of chashu pork, and soft boiled egg. It’s a very comforting dish. The sashimi combo came with chicken karage that was cooked very nicely.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Authentic high end Japanese cuisine and the AI robotic servers are so cool to watch! We had one named Kiki and it plays music as it rolls by. The food is amazing (especially enjoyed the angus roll and beef tataki melts in your mouth). I can’t wait to come back.

Arigatou ありがとう lI was pretty gutted when I found out their Tofu yakisoba is infact not a katsu option. I therefore turned to a Vegetable Yakisoba which was really mediocre, bland and super greasy.. I don't understand why they cannot add Tofu to make a solid veggie option.The Prawn Tempura, albeit expensive was pretty yummy with plentiful size juicy prawns.The service wasn't great at all, very abrupt, slow and non-welcoming... I guess they need to hire more robot servers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . I feel this joint has all the aesthetics and nice vibe including good looking meals, but fails to deliver authentic down-to-earth Japanese cuisine.Support local businesses

Had a wonderful experience dining here for dinner. Food was fresh, tasted AMAZING, prepared in a timely manner, staff were great and very friendly, and their server robot Kiki is super cute! Even I am going to say I had the best miso soup of greater Vancouver here! And first time trying a tuna okra goma-ae!! Prices were reasonable as well. The restaurant is not only clean, but it is even very classy, washrooms are very clean and the atmosphere and furniture is very modern. Some of the dishes like the salmon teriyaki have a surprising western twist - served with mashed potatoes! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

This is my third time coming to this sushi restaurant. This is also my go-to neighborhood sushi joint. It’s clean and service is attentive. Lunch is quick w the assistance of robot. Sushi was fresh and I think everyone in the neighborhood should patronize local small business owner. The picture can speak for itself and my favorite is the sashimi and the tri-city roll (picture looks like sushi mountain) w fried salmon on top. The sashimi is fresh and good size for lunch. This helps me to get thru cold wet winter.

**EDIT**I tried their lunch set Sashimi box for the first time and their sashimi did not taste fresh like it was the first time I came for dinner. The Caterpillar roll had fresh Avocado on top and was still delicious. Kids loved the serving robot. Fun touch for a restaurant.Old Review:We were a table of 7 and came on a weeknight with no wait to get a table.I ordered the Kisso Box which had teriyaki beef, dumplings, California rolls, salad, tempura and pieces of salmon and tuna sashimi. The California rolls were so soft and fresh! The Sashimi size was thick and very fresh. The Teriyaki beef had a yummy sauce.I tried the Caterpillar roll which had fresh slices of Avocado on top, was a great portion size and tasted great!Definitely planning to come back to try more!
