TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

As business clients, we have always received outstanding service from this branch. The tellers are not only kind, but also care about customer satisfaction. Particularly, the branch manager Emre is very client oriented, professional and willing to assist in any manner. It is true that some clients feel connected to their banks thanks to these special people and their dedication.

I went there for some banking needs as I booked an appointment. I reached there around 30 minutes as my college is nearby and asked if someone is available to reach me out. The associate Rashid Ali Mohammed called me that if I have class later and he could help immediately. He politely called me inside the cabin and resolved my credit card issue that was stuck since 3 months. He fulfilled my needs, called the required organization and resolved all the misconceptions in minutes. I'm completely satisfied that he met my requirements and helped me to move further with TD Canada Branch. I'm so thankful to him,A huge thanks to Rashid. :)

One of my favorite TD Bank branches. The manager is amazingly kind, knowledgable and helpful. The good thing about this branch is that it's open longer than banks usually are. Convenient, located just across the street of Sherbourne subway station

I’ve been with TD since birth basically and never really had a problem. I came in over a month ago to get a money order for a police check. I guess the teller never signed the order and the police check got declined. That declined money order made me not pass by the clearance date and has forced me to withdraw from my school program. I’m absolutely heartbroken by this and defintiley won’t be coming back to this location. I’m even considering switching banks at this point. What teller doesn’t sign a money order??

Dreadful service!! Incompetent and surly are two polite words that come to mind. The teller obviously didn't want to work on Saturday and Kyle (the manager) needs to review the TD customer service protocols of the bank and also the general banking procedures. I went to the TD bank at Bloor/Bay immediately after and was served properly and professionally. I am only writing this because Kyle asked the lady in front of me to write a good review for him. Not exactly what you expect from your bank !!

At this branch, I met a teller named Kyle yesterday, who provided excellent customer service. He seemed like a prepared employee with professional working knowledge of customer needs. I had a very good impression of this branch as I received courteous service without boring customers with very friendly, prompt service and sensual humor.

Worst location. Their ATM's arent even 24hours so you have to walk another couple blocks to the next nearest TD. (This was late at night; and google showed it was 24hours)Im new to the toronto area and will not be coming back to do my banking. Some of the workers are very rude with their tone, and god forbid you make them aware of it or they will give you side eye, and be very petty towards you, talk to their colleague about you (and you know they do when you ketch the person glancing over and turning back). thanks TD for making my First and Last experience in toronto.This location needs to learn hospitality. Their customer services could use work (Im not saying all employees as i only had an issue with the one person). Maybe practice your tone and how you talk to people.Also i closed my account that same day and ive only been with TD for a couple months as ive been looking for a good bank. Switched to Scotiabank which surprisingly was a much more pleasant interaction. That same day i went to TD as soon as you walk out of the TD theirs people asking for money, it was very uncomfortable considering the short experience i had.

Service is great but the hours are limited and you can’t access the atm when the bank is closed. This makes it impossible to do any banking if you work odd hours. It’s extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Branch has After Hours deposit but does not have After Hours ATM. ATMs are capable of running 24/7 and should not be tied to branch hours.

I would really thank Nasim (I hope I got the name correct). He came and asked me about my visit and then guided me that the consulate does accept debit card as payment (which contradicts to what is mentioned on consulate website). He even told, if they still ask for bank draft, I can visit the branch and directly come to his office. I wish, I had time to personally thank him as well.
