Today's experience in this location is the worst shopping experience in all GLOBAL PET stores, even including other types of retail stores.As usual, we took two ZIWI canned foods, which are priced at $5.69 on the shelf as before. However, when we checked out, the price displayed was $6.69. We told the cashier the price was incorrect. After she checked back, she told us the price had been changed in their system. They just didn't have time to change the price tag on the shelf.She refused to charged as the price on the shelf, no SORRY for their fault.You can return them" is the only sentence she said to us.Has she not been trained in how to deal with goods with the wrong price tag? How can such a person without basic cashier knowledge be employed? Not even the most basic retail service manner was provided.We have been customers of Global Pet for over ten years. Shopping in several different locations. This is the first time we have encountered such a low-quality shop cashier."

We come here for alot of stuff, particularly dogfood. Our pup is a chewer so Im always looking for items that will last & keep him motivated & happy. I buy the 50 sticks in a bag beefsticks regularly. My last visit the price doubled. Also I get the cheese sticks. These things have always been way over priced. 2 lrg sticks for 40 bucks is a disgrace. 20.00 I could live with. Ya we have to live with Justinflation but its gotten to a point where retailers & manufacturers are abusing it for not only profit but this Recovery of loss revenue because of the Covid scam & it has to stop!!On a good note the staff are always great & very helpful!

Very nice associate. A nice collection of pet foods, toys, and more. I had no idea close to my place. There was such a good and convenient pet store. Reasonable price.

This was my first time visiting the store. I specifically went to exchange my pup’s Buddy Belt for a smaller size and let me say I was very impressed. Aside from the clean, organized appearance, the sales associate was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time and all thanks to the manager as well, Ambrose, who put my new belt conveniently aside, so I could make the exchange seamlessly! Good selection of dog toys and treats. I think we picked a bad time to come in as there was no staff around after they greeted us. So it took a bit to be able to pay. They were very friendly tho.

This by far has been one of the best pet stores I've been too. Staff here are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of cat and dog food as well as a variety of brands. They also carry more Canadian brands which I can appreciate.I definitely recommend trying them out.

Nicole was amazing today her extensive knowledge of their raw food products was outstanding. 1st time I was there definitely going back. Overall staff helpfulness was a 10.

A friend recommended the store. The reason is that the items they sell have good quality.When I came here two weeks ago, the store staff was very kind to provide service and help.Today was the second time I visited. Two of the three clerks were very patient with answers and advice. I am a first time dog parent, so their help was very important. The third clerk also tried to help, however made me feel unwelcome. Maybe it was my own problem…
