Canada Glass in Timmins just did an incredible job at my home. My husband had mis-measured initially, on delivery day, the team came in, took secondary measurements, went to the shop and did up the new, perfect glass measurements & installed them while I was out doing errands-same day. Came home to all the window panes replaced and all their mess completely tidied up from their work. Would call them again for sure in the future :) Ces gars-là sont incroyables ! Serait travailler avec eux à l'avenir sûr :)

Got a piece of plexi glass cut to install anA/C unit. The next day my A/C broke(my fault) they cut a new hole into the plexi the very next day free of charge. Amazing customer service. Will be getting all my glass from here.

They don't communicate with their customers. The owner, Victor is obviously overwhelmed and can't run his own business and is also terrible with customers. They get frustrated with you for calling in. They never ordered my windows that I dropped off 5 weeks ago. And just kept telling me it will come in 2 weeks It's your typical Timmins business.I contacted a real glass supplier the day after this happened. And they were able to get my order taken care of in less than a week.

Absolute horrible customer service. They dont show up. Spoke to Steve. VERY rude on the phone and cocky. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Non compliant to say the least.
