Nothing extraordinary. The receptionist could be more friendly instead of being stern. Not everyone knows that the health card has to be scanned. Nurse who took blood was fine

I Wenn for blood test and guess what?? When I came I thought no one was there so I have to scan my OHIP card n then suddenly I heard a voice saying after you scan then confirm, there was 2 person sitting ni the station … absolutely very BAD experience in patients Service !!! Theres no good afternoon or any greetings, never gonna Go back!!!!

Have been going to this location for years and every time l have to have blood taken, the staff is friendly, and professional. Love that you can book an appointment in advance to suit my schedule. It certainly cuts down on wait time!

Although they don’t answer the phone, you can simply go online and book an appointment. I had the worse experiences in the past with needles and the nurses as they were rude every where else, with that being said this place was the best I have ever been to the staff were friendly and helped me keep calm and the bloodwork was fast and didn’t cause any pain.

I really like it here. I've been avoiding getting blood tests for a while due to the possible pain. However, I'm not scared anymore because of how fast and painless the process is. I don't know her name but the tall, blonde lady has drawn my blood twice and she's great. She really knows what she's doing. The receptionist is really nice. Anyway, make sure to check in at the kiosk (scan your health card and press confirm) and have a seat. They will take care of the rest. Also, please respect their covid measures and if more than 5 patients are in the waiting room area, wait outside.

The service was quick, fast, and easy. The location is very easy to find. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely go back here for any other appointments.

It's my first time here and I was happy about their system from registering up to taking the blood test.The registration was quick and their phlebotomists were efficient, it was a painless poke. It would have been a 5 star but we had a hard time finding it , needs more sign so it can be located easily.

Med-Health Staff members are efficient, courteous and provide professional services each time that I have to do medical screenings. The Patients' Result Portal is excellent, seeing that I get back test results online a day or two after being tested.

I’ve been going to this lab for 6 years because I feel like they are so skilled, I don’t faint when they draw my blood like other places. The nurses here are very nice and very gentle and helped my husband and I multiple times the last few years with very hard situations we went through.100/100 recommend! Also you can view your results online but I think the website is down this week

My most recent visit to this lab was as good as a blood test appointment could go. I hate having blood drawn and have recently developed a habit of fainting at these things (I'm not sure why as I never did when I was growing up and into my late 20s). I informed the technician who called me in of my potential fainting spells and he was very courteous and opted to use the smallest needle size to keep me comfortable. Unfortunately he couldn't get enough blood out to fill all the tubes required and needed help from the other technician working. She was also understanding and got the rest done. Overall it was a much better experience than the last few times. It gets busy here but I think they clear the lines pretty quickly. Would choose this place again for any lab tests!
