The worst apartments I have ever been, they will give you damaged apartments and then will over charge you for the damages that were present either before or are done by people coming in your apartment to fix that, will also make you live in the chemical environment for weeks ( I had an incident where they left the baseboards open with applied chemicals for weeks without giving us the another apartment). Also, never trust their words, make them document each and everything as otherwise you will be responsible for that. Will provide you damaged appliance and will then give you suggestions to clean it with that but will not do anything to fix that. Their dishwasher did not work my entire stay, their fridge kept spoiling my food for months.Would be a good option if you have money to spoil and if you like dealing with the rudest people as manager.About conversation with your regional manager, it was very unprofessional and you guys cannot shed work from your shoulders about your documentation on the tenants. How come you guys want your tenants to go to your office and maintain documentation for themselves, what is the job of managers?Anyway the discussions has no point, just letting people know to think about themselves before renting these apartments. Instead have great white apartments in Dawson with much more space and better management.

Love these apartments and our new manager Nancy Ross. She has made this living experience for me wonderful, clean and safe! Minimal noise, people we live in apartments not a house with a yard between our neighbors.

We had a pleasant stay in this condo apartment for 3year because it is kids friendly .Hats off to NANCY for finding solutions to each issues which was great .THANKYOU NANCY. Rents are affordable and the surrounding property is always kept clean and maintained. If you are looking for a place to call home then look no further upper montney is best place and dont forget to ask for NANCY.

Do not live here. Over priced rent and the facility is extremely dirty. The mats never get changed (they're supposed to be black) I lived here for 2 years and never saw/ heard anyone ever use a vacuum outside the suite. The landlord is brutal keeping track of paperwork and asked for a copy of insurance and hydro account number 8 months into a 12 month lease agreement which I happily provided and asked questions about terminating the lease early. No follow up was ever made and they have charged me past the lease agreement. The landlord is extremely incompetent and didn't even know when my lease was up. Nor did she ever contact me about signing a new contract. I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst nightmare.

We have lived here for just about 4 yrs now and love it! Has always been clean and looked after. Management is great to deal with and always addresses our concerns as soon as possible. Our neighbours in here have been great as well. If yoou like condo living with your own insuite laundry this is the place for you!!!

I greatly enjoy everything, but for amenities I love that we have a free, on-site gym to promote and support physical and mental health. It’s very convenient and comfortable, I feel safe in that environment. I also love that we have community gardens in the summer, a playground for children, and a site lounge and outdoor patio to socialize or use for a change of pace.

I have been a resident of Upper Montney for over five years and I have never questioned my choice of choosing this place as home. The cleanliness, the quality of the suites, the availability of in-suite laundries, and the management’s various efforts in creating a quiet and peaceful environment, as well as the presence of a local office, which is equipped with a gym room and a beautiful and cozy lounge, may be appreciated by many people who are looking for a nice place to live.

We so enjoy living here. Excellent mangement , keeps everything in top shape and treats the residents with respect. I am sure everyone will be delighted with the new above ground gardens. . for seniors like our selves this is a secure , clean environment with step up and ride at your door.Lots of family's with children and a beautiful playground in the centre court. The young people who reside here are polite and friendly.this is a perfect place to live and recomment to others.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay.Now for the specifics:Having lived here for the past 5 years, I've seen my share of different community leaders pass through Upper Montney Estates. Most have done well, or at the very least have not dampened my opinion of this place; the building and apartments are well maintained, the halls and elevator are clean, and any issues I've had have been eventually resolved by the people in charge.Over the past year, however, I'd like to offer accolades to the newest community leadership team - Autumn and Joe - who have done an exceptional job. Running a community of strangers is no easy feat, but I've quietly watched the quality of these apartments rise thanks to their influence. I've had issues resolved quickly and efficiently (i.e. losing my keys, which was a lot less stressful thanks to Autumn's quick response and kind, friendly demeanor), have noticed the effort this team has put into making community members feel welcome with their unique and interesting events, and the apartments overall feel a lot safer thanks to various safety checks (which are mentioned in advance and easy to plan around) and small improvements like having the parking lot repainted and frequently cleaned (snowplowed) in the winter.To Autumn and Joe, I must say: well done. You are the reason this place is 5 stars, rather than 3 or 4. Keep up the great work, and I hope upper management (or whoever you work for) recognizes how much you have done for this place. I am very impressed, and hope you stick around for a while. If you ever do decide to leave, the next community leaders will have quite the role to fill to match the high expectations and level of quality you have set.
