My first order with J.R. Shooter was business cards. At first I was weary to order business cards without feeling the structure and texture of the cards first but due to COVID I had to just go for it without looking at samples. Jess described the quality and variety of papers and I chose the Suede type. When I received the business cards in the mail I was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the quality was. Truly the best business cards I've purchased in the 10 years I've been in business. And trust me I've ordered a lot of business cards in that time.I was so impressed that I decided to order from them again. This time was for swag marketing materials for a single mom's organization where I'm a new partner. I was totally stuck on figuring out which type of swag I wanted to order. I was aiming for something practical that people would keep and not throw away. Jess brainstormed with me and sent me many ideas to choose from. My absolute favourite idea she had was a set of sustainably made, re-usable set of a fork, knife and spoon for kids.When they came in the mail I was overjoyed with the results! Amazing printing job and material quality!!From start to finish, Jess is your printing and design expert. Highly recommended expertise and service. I am apart of a non for profit volunteer organization and we wanted to make stickers this year for Pride. We reached out to to J. R. Shooter and Jack was incredible. We have never done stickers before nor how much of an understanding of what was needed or how to go about it and Jack had providing a whole variety of information and asking all of our questions along the way. He was patient and respectful and he wanted to ensure that our stickers were high quality and would come out that way. Amazing work Jack!!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jack at J.R. Shooter. He printed t-shirts for our campus club and they turned out better than we hoped! Jack took the time to ensure the quality of our shirts would be professional and stand out and that the logos would work with the shirt - and they did! He always got back to me very quickly and was super flexible with making last minute changes to our order when needed. Jack went over and beyond with his customer service! He even individually shipped out the shirts to club members homes so they can start wearing them now instead of waiting until they got back to campus - even having to re-deliver some after they returned. The students absolutely love their shirts! They were all wearing them during our last virtual club meeting!
