The Recovery Room Upholstery
I recently had a foot stool reupholstered at The Recovery Room. There was some delay due to fabric cancellation but we picked a perfect red paisley fabric for this stool. The craftsmanship was superb, the information they shared was great. Sometimes good workmanship takes times,let it happen and the results will be so good.

I had some cushions that were destroyed due to a furry friend and they were able to add new inserts and have them back stuffed and looking better than before they had been destroyed. Absolutely amazing customer service and attention to detail. Great price and done in such a timely manner. Appreciate the work guys thank you very much !!!

I had an old chair recovered for my beach house. Although it took long to get it, pandemics change timelines, I absolutely love the finished project! I also like how the company takes pride in their work. They refinished the legs even though we didn’t request it, they felt they were too worn and didn’t match the new covering! It’s perfect! Thank you and I would return to the Recovery Room again with my next project!

I have never been to The Recovery Room Upholstery, however, I am giving it 5 stars because everyone starts at 100 and I adjust it from there. It was as good an experience I never had...that I've ever had.(Google kept asking about my experience here... Never been)

I’ve just passed on an antique settee which has been in my family for over 100 years to my granddaughter. It was in sad shape when I dropped it off at the Recovery Room, but Scott and Rhoda immediately understood its origins and committed to doing a full restoration. Scott took it completely apart, repaired and refinished the wood, retired springs, and repadded the seat and back. Rhonda patiently helped me find fabric samples to share with my granddaughter. It is now beautifully refinished & reupholstered. My granddaughter is thrilled and I’m sure it’s good for at least another 100 years!

Had the seat of an entrance bench reupholstered and it ended up being far better than it ever was from factory. Professional quality work for a decent price and they had it completed in a reasonable timeframe.Scott and Rhonda were friendly and fair to deal with. Overall very pleased with their service. If I ever come across a piece or a set that we need to restore then I'd love to line something up with them again in the future!

I don't know where to start commenting. This the best, hospitable and friendly workshop I have went during my 32 years of life. They are really expert in their work and you can see it from the available on hand work at the workshop. They are so professional both in customer service and work. My words are so minor to describe their friendliness with customers. I just say thank you God to creating such a good people on the Earth.

Long wait time, backlogged 1 month they said, had to take our fleet elsewhere unfortunately. The location is ok, easy to find, there is entry by appointment only.

They are expensive and they are always busy so you may have to wait a while, but their work is exquisite! I had a MCM chair that was given to my parents when they married - and the fabric showed it! But the re-do is fabulous, everyone comments how much they love it. Updated but respected the original beauty!
