2 years of non stop issues with intelcom deliveries which include essential patient care supplies. Constantly show delivered but not, constantly show out for delivery on weekends when our admin office is closed so someone goes in to receive it and then they show false delivery attempts… how companies like Amazon can use this incompetent company is literally mind blowing.We have contacted the head office over and over again and get nowhere. Our building is surrounded in cameras so we can quantify the fake attempts where no one has attended the property but scanned an attempted delivery. We can also show when they show up to the door and don’t bother trying to ring the doorbell during office hours and walk away, and even tonight they left a delivery in our secure delivery bin for someone else and walked away with our delivery…

If I could leave a zero stars as a review I would. Intelcom is a terrible company to deal with. When calling their call centre all they can see is exactly what you see when on their website tracking page. Each time you call they will tell you to wait 24-48 hours for the package to be delivered. They do nothing to help you locate your package. One or two weeks will go by as you play this game with them over and over again for them to finally agree to escalate the call and have someone call you back and tell you “sorry we can not find it, call the merchant for further instruction”. Fly by night company!EDIT- Nice try Intelcom… after approximately 2 hours of posting my review the “Intelcom (Owner)” wrote under my review that he was sorry to hear of my experience and asked that I send them an email to fix the situation for my next deliveries. I emailed the address that was given but received no answer. I believe that their comments left after the reviews is just a way to look like they care and are genuinely concerned for your delivery.This edit is 24 hours later and I don’t believe that they will actually try and fix this situation. FLY BY NIGHT Company!

The young fellow that delivered to us at 60 Dennis Street, Sault Ste Marie was very nice, polite… And he rang our door bell which was appreciated. Some delivery people drop and run…then your parcel vanishes. He be a 5-Star employee

Absolutely horrible service!!! Most of the time drivers don't bother even trying to deliver to apartment buildings. They should be going to my apartment and buzzing my door as per delivery instructions. Not calling my personal phone number (which amazon should not be giving them) to see if I'm home. Other family members live at my house that can accept my package but they never get the chance since no one actually buzzes and attempts to deliver. I always make sure someone is home when a package is out for delivery so I know the drivers aren't bothering to try. At least give me the option to pick it up myself from your warehouse in that case because it's a never ending cycle of me getting my packages late. I pay for prime membership and I expect to be getting my packages on time. Your drivers being lazy and not feeling like getting out of their car is not a valid reason for delay.

Amazing experience this company got it to me a day earlier then expected and on Easter Sunday of all days. And the tracking is the best i have seen i knew exactly where this order was and comparing intelcom tracking info to the actually company i bought it from, intelcoms cant be beat. Canada Post could learn a bunch from you guys thats for sure

Ever since Amazon has switched from Canada Post, receiving packages appropriately, in a timely manner has been a nightmare. The first and only time intelcom has delivered a package without having to call concerned, it was left in the middle of my driveway, luckily I live in Echo Bay and it was only a phone case… Every order since has been minimum 1week - 1 month late due to ‘postponed delivery’ or ‘address not found’ which is honestly embarrassing considering todays navigation and google maps technology. If Amazon continues to stay with them despite complaints I’m considering cancelling my prime membership seeing they can’t uphold their end of “2 day” shipping..

Absolutely horrible service. You may as well cancel your order because you arnt going to get it.They say attempted deliverly half the time but i guarantee no attepts are ever made. And thats if you get an email from them even saying its on the way. The only package that came close to recieveing was delivered to a completely different adress number about 5 km away. And the only reason i received the package was because the home owner found me on facebook.

IntelCom is the cheap company that other companies use to provide low-cost or free shipping. They get a lot of stuff from Amazon but they also pick up from other companies, like DHL. Customer service can do basically nothing for you over the phone, they're only open for a few hours every morning, and the majority of the staff is either unwilling or unable to communicate with customers when they show up asking why their package couldn't be delivered. It frequently happens that even though full customer information is provided to the online vendor and collected by DHL, Amazon, etc., that information is not included in the shipping label given to IntelCom, so any special delivery instructions or phone numbers generally won't show up on the package. If you have any other choice to receive your package, take it, because you don't want to have to deal with IntelCom.
