Couldn't understand what the receptionist said due to her accent, then she got mad at me for asking for clarification on what she was saying because I couldn't understand her. She ended up giving attitude and hanging up on Me. Do not recommend this place at all if you can't get passed the receptionist without being given attitude I can only imagine how they speak to clients there.

Best family doctor! Same day appointments and always caring and listens to his clients. All the staff are friendly and professional. Couldn’t say anything bad .

I am so lucky to have Dr. Banh as my family doctor, she always goes above and beyond. The nurse Donna is also amazing, along with everybody else working at Norwest Family Physicians. ❤

Friendly and helpful, especially in the doctor shortage. They do have e long break periods, but I suspect that's staffing issues. They've been kind and helpful to me for years, and I would still recommend the practice.

Nice people but unless you have absolutely nothing going on in your day, I wouldn’t recommend here. The last 4 appointments, it has taken a minimum 45 minutes to get in, and at most 1 hour and 15 minutes.It’s to the point where I have to make a review! Would not recommend!

Dr Banh is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to diagnose whats going on.The receptionist Donna and suzanne always being pleasant and calls for blood works results and reminding all appointments. Highly appreciate this clinic.

Dr. Tank was my nanny’s doctor and she only had the best things to say about her ! I personally went to an appointment with nanny and saw the love, care ,compassion, and trust. The relationship they grew was beautiful and filled my heart with relief and happinessCouldn’t thank her enough for all the care love and support she provided my nanny

Nearly impossible to contact, had to drive in to get an answer about a simple prescription after calling repetitively for an hour, just to see that they literally had the phone off the hook on the desk. Very annoyed.

I asked this facility to send my documents to my new doctors office in Ireland and they didn’t do it for well over a month. Due to their negligence I haven’t been able to use my health insurance and am at risk of having to apply for a third time. I’m not sure how it takes 5-6 weeks to send a simple file? I’m furious.

Dr. White is an excellent physician. She gives you a generous amount of time to deal with your medical issues and is very thorough. You can always get an appointment on the day you call in
