Contact Security “roughed in” our central vacuum and security systems, when we built our home, late 1996.We’ve had no problems with either and recently requested upgrade key pads and an “App based” monitoring system, enabling us to discontinue our telephone, land line.From Bert, Karen, Linda, Eric and our installer Matt (and a tech prior to him), all “top notch”, to deal with.Just today, Eric was very helpful in helping me with a security issue, not related to our home.Very much appreciated. I highly recommend Contact Security in Chilliwack.

Hired this company to monitor our security systems. We had a system error that ended up showing they were not monitoring the system.Tried to reconcile this with them privately since December. Now its crickets. I asked to move on to another company but was told im under a contract and they want over $500 in cancellation fee.Today Im greeted with another bill and they won't answer me about a credit on the previous one when they weren't monitoring.I hate leaving these reviews.... like I actually HATE it, but this company is just taking my money and has professionally made me feel like worthless client meant to keep their lights on.

The service of Contact Security is second to none. From start to finish, the process of quoting and installing rhe security cameras in our strata complex was a breeze, and our ownership was pleasantly surprised by the price of the system. The installers were amazing and took the time filly explain the software, and the cameras were set in the best spots. I had to really look to find them. Definitely 5 stars

We purchased a house with an existing security system, originally installed in every door and window, by Contact Security when the house was first built. The system was created with a phone landline required but the previous owners disabled it when they went cellular only. Contact Security installed a device that allowed us to have the system monitored using cellular technology. Our installer Matt was very knowledgeable on how to connect everything and make it all work again in a short amount of time. He was efficient, friendly, patient, and walked us through the steps on how to use the system. Exceptional, professional service on his part. The entire process from first contacting them, the initial in home consultation, to the final install was a pleasure to deal with.

Contact installed a new security system and cameras for me. Everything is really good quality and the staff right from Ted in sales and to the installers, everyone was prompt, on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend the whole team. Thanks everyone.

This company is the embodiment of the exact reason why giving business to a locally owned and operated entity holds enormous advantages over those large corporations. I had a problem with some equipment I purchased (many years ago) and was able to talk directly to the owner and come to a fair agreement to resolve the problem. This is something you just can't do with those other big corporations. The products are solid, the knowledge and experience of their employees is outstanding and I'd recommend them to anyone.
