Very prompt service. But I bought a vehicle back in May 2022 and as of yet still have not received the plates. All documents were signed by bank and myself and now they say I owe them $500. Well all the paperwork has been signed for months showing I paid the 500 and signed by your company. So they tell me they own the vehicle as it is not registered to me. Then perhaps they should make the payments then. February 13th, 2023 and still have no registration or plates for my Nissan Rogue. Also would like to add the fact that it was covered in dog hair and was told they would give me a credit or have it cleaned. That was never mentioned again as well.

Greg sold me the dream car today. I told him what I was looking for and he fully delivered! It was a fast process with incredible and friendly service. Drove off their lot in my Subaru wrx sti with nothing but smiles and good things to say about the dealership. Highly recommend Arc auto sales and buying a new ride from Greg!

Al and the crew at ARC auto sales Ltd. Are great people they will do everything they can to help you out. I went to almost every dealership around and got turned down. Went online and found these guys applied and got pre approved easy it's takes some time but AL was willing to help me out as best as he could by far the best car dealership in the hrm definitely worth a 5 star review from me. Alan and Shaun were amazing to deal with. They found me exactly the car I was looking for for under the price point I gave them. It was easy and fast and they were so patient with my 100’s of questions. I would 100% recommend buying a vehicle with these guys. I know I will be back for my next vehicle! We had the best salesman to deal with (Thomas). I emailed and thought what the hell, we won't get approved but it doesn't hurt to try.. within about 24 hrs we were approved! Even with the worst history and luck. I LOVE my new (to me) Dodge Journey, even more the heated seats and steering wheel this week haha .Thanks again Thomas for all your help!! Kept in touch with updates, and when things took longer then expected he was very apologetic and on top of the issues! Highly recommend

Purchased a vehicle on December 21, 2022 within less than a month I was told my vehicle needed $2000 worth of work. I need a new gas tank I needed brakes I needed all of these things I had called the company arc auto multiple times asking for these things to be fixed, they told me that they went to a 3rd party mechanic that did all of their MVI’s and that he would reach out to him. The it was “he’s ordering the parts. Then my motor blows up in my vehicle. I also called Again to ask about the parts that were supposedly being ordered for my vehicle for them to fix it and rectify the $2000 of work it needed .to this date has still not been done, and Ive had no answers. Thankfully, my vehicles motor was covered By the manufacturer. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here.
