The selection and customer service at The Optical Shoppe is top notch. I love that I can take any frame and make it a sunglass for that added uniqueness in style! The team really takes care to make sure you get a frame that fits your style and personality.

I spent approximately $1500 to purchase 2 glasses less than 10 months ago from this store which turned out to be two pieces of low quality glasses with big brand names which according to a sales person, is normal that these glasses would expand without any effort causing them to lose their ability to fit properly when worn.When I kept going back and forth to get this fixed and eventually replaced,the staff there sounded threatening and warned me that, they will re-order one last replacement glasses and that's it.Meaning, I should get ready financially to purchase a different model, I was speechless!

Went in to get a pair of glasses fitted. The pair were purchased elsewhere because not all of us can afford $600+ for frames. The people working turned they're noses up to be SO quickly when I asked and were unwilling to spend the 5 minutes it would have taken to do a fitting on the spot, but to rather return to the (empty) store at a later time. It was completely unnecessary to be snobs & make me feel so small for asking for a simple service.Edit: response: I took my glasses to another optical shop who were happy to help me get my glasses fitted and repaired within 10 minutes FOR FREE. They didn't even question where my glasses were purchased.

I went there to get new glasses and Sheena helped me out. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped me get something within my budget that I loved. She was so kind you could tell that she loves what she does. If you ever need new glasses I would recommend working with Sheena!
