Animal Care Centre-Okotoks

I have really enjoyed the service of Diane and her team. We had been being our cocker spaniel to her for six years and no matter the issue big or small they were always understanding of our needs. When the time came up for our girl they showed true compassion and true tears with us and for us. We have now gotten a new girl and I wouldn’t bring her to another place. Diane is an exceptional vet and truly caring for our furry friends.

We enjoyed the work and service provide by Diane and her team both in the front and in the back. For the last 14 years we had been taking our cat Salt for his regular checks, has Salt grew older bigger issues arose. Diane explained everything to us so we understood what was going on. When it finally came time to say goodbye to Salt. Diane and her team show compassion to us, never once during our time to say good bye did any of them tried to rush us. If or when we decide to get another cat, we will be take it to Diane and her team. Thanks

I live in Calgary and I am more than happy to drive out to Okotoks to bring my two girls to see the vets at Animal Care Centre. The staff are always friendly and kind and I love the attention they pay to my two cats. The vets always listen and recommend what is needed and nothing more. I feel like they truly care. I love that even the vet will sometimes call for checkups on how their doing after an appointment. The vet techs are always fabulous with them also! Robyn's the best! I've recommended Animal Care Centre to all my friends and family cause I know their animals will be taken care of there. Prices are very reasonable too!

We will miss you as we move as we have had the utmost trust in you all at the clinic. We so appreciate your excellent compassionate care over the years with all 5 of our beloved dogs. Thank you for helping us to prepare our dogs for the big move thinking about all their needs we were unaware of. It will be hard to fill your boots!

Our animals love this place almost as much as we do. The staff are incredible and make our pets feel at ease during every visit. They call us to check in on our animals after their appointments to make sure they're feeling okay. They show that they really care and want what's best for your pets.

We love the Animal Care Centre! Genuine, compassionate and caring staff. Dr. Dianne Genereux is the most professional, knowledgeable and caring veterinarian we’ve ever known. She recently performed surgery on our 12 year old dog and she is obviously no longer in pain and happier than ever. We are forever grateful for the care of all of our animals from the Animal Care Centre. They are incredible!

I have been waiting for three weeks for third baby shot and l m late for 7 minutes for appointment. However they say my appointment canceled as l late for almost 10 minutes.I said l drove 35 minutes get there and because it’s baby shot my puppy needs shot today But they said we are fully booked I complained for that situation and wanted to see the doctor.but l couldn’t. they didn’t make an appointment because s“ “l was rude to them “ l had to drive back to home 35 minutesWithout having a shot.I never recommend this animal care clinic to any one..

The team went above and beyond for my dog. They were so gentle and kind to my anxious mutt who doesn't do well at the vet. They made adjustments to thier personal schedules to so my pets procedure could be done within just days of his initial assessment, ensuring his pain was taken care of and he didn't have to suffer. The team explained all the costs, best and worse care scenarios and really made me feel like my dog was in the best care possible. Thank you so so much Dr. Genereux and Alyssa. You're kindness does not go unnoticed and is extremely appreciated. The front desk was also very thoughtful, pleasant and took steps me make sure I didn't have to wait unnecessary. I'd highly recommend this clinic for fantastic bed side manner and keeping clients upto date and informed.

We brought our dogs to this clinic for years and had no issues up until the final few years of our pets' lives. It saddens me to say that in the end it honestly felt like it was more important for this clinic to generate a profit off of us, than to provide quality compassionate care for our dogs. We would have done anything for our pets, but it got to a point where having to deal with this clinic-both Dr. Genereux and her staff-was daunting. Dr. Genereux's bedside manner, in particular, was appalling during our last few interactions with her. I'm not sure if we just caught her on a few bad days, but as a pet owner/dog lover and loyal client of this clinic for many years, her disrespectful tone and insinuations were out of line. I have no doubt she is a well qualified veterinary professional, but there is more to being a good vet than just the qualifications. We will not be returning to this clinic for future animal care.
