I showed a picture of the nails I wanted to the girl and they didn’t do it properly. I got this brownish colour on my nails and now I have to redo them completely paid $65 for nothing. Please don’t go here find somewhere else bad service and they cut up my hands.

Will never go back there again. They are pricey for the service they offer, the nail polish is not included in their pedicure price and the woman cut a piece of my skin that caused bleeding and pain. I don’t recommend this place.

June 2022: came back here because I needed a manicure for an event and it was the only place available. ABSOLUTE worst manicure I have ever received once again. I got gel polish and it literally started peeling off the next day. Complete waste of money. The lady doing my nails was in such a rush to squeeze in so many clients that she barely looked at what she was doing. Honestly shocked at the poor service that I received and wonder why on earth anyone comes back. Never again!!Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever received. When cleaning my cuticles the lady cut off a chunk of skin that wouldn't stop bleeding for several hours and their tools are clearly not sanitized. The manicure itself was awful, patchy, bumpy with fluff stuck under the nail and a dent right in the middle of my index finger. Save your money and go elsewhere...

I used to go there all the time but now, I will go elsewhere. She rushed me through my pedicure, no massage, no cream. $60. This was not good.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SALON!! This is what they did to my nails! They do not clean their tools either!The only reason why I'm taking the time to write this review is to make sure no one ever has to go through the same thing I did. Please please please do not use this salon. Learn from my mistakes!!!

Worst place ever! I have given this place a few chances but I am always disappointed, not worth it plus they are more expensive than anywhere else!! Also very dirty.

This has probably been the worst experience I have ever had at a mani/pedi in Montreal. Firstly, the gentleman at the front desk spoke to me in English so I assumed he understood I was expecting to be served in English. When the nail specialist starting working on my pedicure I asked for round shape and instead she started making them square. So immediately I knew she didn’t understand me, then she pulled my skin causing my toe to bleed. I told her to stop and asked the gentleman who originally greeted me why she wasn’t understanding anything I asked for. He replied she only speaks French. That’s when the rude and very unprofessional behaviour started. He said “we’re in Quebec so French is the primary language”. I replied “I know we’re in Quebec but this is a bilingual province and I’m the customer so I have right to be spoken to in my preferred language”. That’s when he said I’ll get you a new person to do your nails. When I asked if she can speak English he said “you will see”. His tone and general attitude was just so rude and not worth my money. So I had to leave in the middle of my pedicure. What an awful and unprofessional experience, please don’t use this salon even if you’re desperate not worth it, I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Was looking for a new place for waxing. Called and advised I'd be there the day after (they don't take appointments). I arrive, they call the person mid afternoon, they are sick. I understand people get sick, but you don't call your employees in the morning? You JUST found out? I also don't appreciated being spoken to aggressively because I came here specifically, paid transit. A little compassion would have made me comfortable to come back. No respect, no businesss. It's too bad.

Way too expensive for what you get. Got a regular pedicure with regular polish. Cost over $50. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t imagine what Gel or Shellac would’ve cost !
