While the store is nice and kept clean the new" dog washes are terrible. The shampoos were insanely watered down to the point of one of them being just water. Both of the baths must use the same water source since when you run both

Went in last weekend and received zero assistance for purchasing a prong collar for my dog. My husband then went in today to purchase a muzzle and again, 4ish employees, were standing around talking to each other and he received zero assistance either. What happened to customer care? Very disappointed with this location!

I went here for dog supplies and food. First time with a puppy. The girl there was fantastic. She helped me when every question I had. Very knowledgeable and suggested plenty of options for treats and toys and what to get and not to get. She gave me a little booklet for puppies too. Will be back, as my puppy loves the food there!

Friendly staff and fair pricing. Cats are in the store, very friendly little guys! The store environment is welcoming and products are organized well. Better than Ruffians for Cats and Dogs. Go to Ruffians if you have fish or reptiles, larger selections there.

Great experience, employees are so patient and kind. Just got my dog last week & he’s got lots to learn but they were so amazing with him! He was bathed here today as well as fitted for a new harness, thank you again for your help!

Staff usually very helpful, couple of them not as good as others.Down side is the allergy attack I have in there every time from having multiple cats on-site. A plus for most people I am sure but not for me.

Took our new puppy to get the basics, while they helped us pick a harness and leash they also gave him space and time to warm up to them before petting him. Love a place that respects a dog's boundaries!
