Yesterday , I went there with my wife and I bought couch from there and the salesman Manisha was very helpful and professional . I am totally satisfied with the customer service she gave me .

We got there around 3:30 pm on a Saturday and instantly we were greeted by a friendly staff, Danish, who asked what we were looking for and provided several great recommendations. He followed up with printouts of dimensions and configurations and was available whenever we needed assistance. We were so engrossed in discussions that we forgot the time and was reminded 5 minutes before they were supposed to close at 5 pm. We quickly closed the deal and proceeded with payments but unfortunately, I had forgotten that my bank imposes a daily limit of $2,500 which exceeded our debit transaction. Between trying several debit cards and credit cards, we finally settled the bill 20 minutes past closing but throughout it all Danish and Aneesha were patient, accommodating and kind. Their customer service was top notch and it left a lasting impression on all of us.

Good, clean warehouse with some friendly staff but damn, those prices are off the charts. Not sure if it is my stinginess but every sofa is over $2000, even the single seaters. You walk in and get hit by a complete sectional with a tag reading $25000. I'd recommend keeping that stuff in the back because as soon as I laid eyes on that, it was game over.

A great place to look at and sit on various furniture pieces to see if you like them. If you see one-off pieces you like, buy it, or it may be gone when you return to purchase it! Prices are all over the place for an outlet store, but there are good deals to be had. I recently purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair.

I had a great experience buying a recliner here. The chair itself is a good value, as it seems well constructed and solid for a very fair price. I'll update this review after I've put some mileage on it, but my past purchase from this outlet have held up in the long run so I'm not too concerned.I worked with Manisha, who was great. We picked the right chair, worked out the details, and negotiated a fair price. She was very accessible by phone and followed up the day I picked up the chair to make sure everything had worked out. The actual loadout process was basic but quick, as I pulled my truck up to the loading bay and had the furniture loaded on within minutes.I'll definitely return as one of my first stops for future furniture needs.

why waste time shopping around ? they have great prices, good service and great selection... you won't find their styles of furniture anywhere else... Irene was very helpful, no pressure !!

I bought a sectional from the outlet in Jan. 2023 and have had to have repairs done on it twice. It’s currently being repaired now and has been gone for 2 weeks already. First time it was the webbing that needed to be replaced and this time the fabric from where they did the first repair wasn’t sewn back together causing the fabric to bunch up and cushion underneath to come out. It’s been such a huge inconvenience having to have it taken apart and taken out, brought home and then a few weeks later taken apart again and removed. Plus now waiting weeks for it to come back. During the entire process I haven’t received any sort of apology for this inconvenience. I understand I can’t get my money back since it’s from the outlet but I was hoping for at least an apology. Long story short I do not recommend buying from there, I certainly never will again.

We had a very good expierence here buying a recliner sofa . Manisha sharma helped me and my sister choosing a very good sofa and gave us a great deal must go and visit this place they have very reasonable deals !

A wonderful selection of furniture and amazing quality. Sales associate, Irene, was fantastic! So pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Very professional.
