Employee behind the desk Saturday was not wearing a mask even though signs everywhere saying they’re mandatory. Touching our stuff and just 0 customer service while having 0 respect for public health guidelines

I have great experiences here, buy your bucks card and enjoy a casual pick a part where you remove parts carefully from a very good inventory of domestic and import vehicles. Really fair prices, especially when you package together. Friendly and committed staff. Would've given 5 stars but cars are on the move really fast, and I missed out once.

Good pick a part spot. Today was the first time I had been there in over 10 years and they have way more vehicles now! Got the module I needed for cheap and my door locks work again!

Organized, and have a lots of stock. It has a 3 dollar fee you have to pay once and get a card so don't forget 3 dollars.

Worst auto wreckers in the area. Overpriced, never answers the phone and everyone is always so rude, never had a good experience here. I make an honest effort to avoid this place whenever possible

Very unsatisfied with their lack of public interaction and respect for their customers.Well organized, reasonable prices, large inventory. My issue lies in the management. Often times rude and arrogant with no interest in customer service.They advertise being open 7 days a week, including holidays. This is great for when you are in desperate need, which I was today.I arrived at 12:30, well within the parameters of their 10-4" holiday hours

Too expensive or the old guy with short white hair is incredibly ignorant.Went there recently to pick up a multi port system (which I thought as intake, fuel injectors, throttle body, and fuel rail). The website lists it as $80. After finding the matching one, I remove the intake as a whole and removing the extra wiring plugged into it and removing extra lines feeding into it. Go inside to pay, told it’s $10 per injector, $30 for fuel rail, $40 for intake, and however much for throttle body. The end price was about $200, so I asked the guy “isn’t the multi port system that’s listed for $80 part in website?” But he said “website doesn’t mention ‘complete’”. Like what does that even mean? If it said an individual part of that, sure, but there isn’t one single part called “multi port system” as it’s made up of other parts as listed earlier. Anyways I removed the fuel rail as it was really the only part I needed. Just weird because now they’ll have to pay someone to remove the plastic garbage we left, so I paid $25 for a part instead of $80. Sheesh nothing is even scrap metal left behind so can’t imagine the margins on the measly $25. Wish the parts list was more comprehensive or the old dude with short white hair would chill out and quit being so condescending and rude. It’s okay to be wrong, confused, or mistaken, but it’s not okay to be such a bully. He charged me $5 for my own hubcap back in 2019 too.

2 stars: They have parts and a lot of good ones at that, cars are on rails so its easier to get at some, but the staff is kind of rude most of the time, especially around closing.Edit to review: 1 star: Checkout is slower with the new system, and you can no longer haggle, affiliated is the new place to go because you could always haggle with cash. The only point of going to auto wreckers is haggling, especially when bucks price is more then amazon.

Not the greatest choice of inventory, but decent and fair service is good at the front desk. Good prices for parts as well.

Came into bucks with my dad to get parts for my car, guy behind the counter is very informative even though we knew what we needed. prices aren’t over the top & very reasonable. and overall a great experience, thank you bucks!!! :)
