I opened my Scotia account because my parents were customers. My parents closed there accounts a couple years ago because of all the problems they were having. At that time my wife and I should have done the same. Unfortunately we kept ours opened and Scotia bank and the horrible staff including the brutal manager at this branch completely destroyed 5 months of my life because not 1 single person working there would take 5 minutes to fix the problem. Now they lost me as a customer but they also no longer will have my mortgage or any other item. DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR BRANCH. I will make sure that everyone I come across in my life will know how horrible a bank and branch you are. Karma ...I wouldn't wish bad on anyone ...but karma will get the trash working at this branch. Keep ignoring your customers problems soon this branch will no longer have any customers.

There is no common sense in staff. Either change the staff or at least train the manager coz even she doesn't know anything. They keep making fool of customers with their own rules that no other branch have.I just needed to change a spelling mistake in my employers information, which they updated on phone. The branch people asked me to get a hard copy of my paystub. i showed my paystub on the phone, they refused. I dont own a printer. When i asked why, couldn't you change something that you guys updated on the phone without any proofs then she went and asked the manager. The manager was equally illiterate. I had to drive in a hurry to another branch for the same. Another branch changed it right away without asking anything. I told that branch about the incident, and they apologized for the inconvenience caused because of this branch. They also said there were no such requirements, and it was a 2 minute job. The manager should be changed cuz she's the one responsible for training the staff but how would she when she herself dosent know anything.

My home branch friendly and helpful. During Covid clean place everyone wearing masks. I miss Ali Raza Maria and Said

Not surprised with all the negative reviews. I closed my account. Was told I could not get a BANK DRAFT but had to get a WIRE. Still waiting for the Branch Manager to call me back after leaving her 4 voice messages. They made me pay 75 Euros instead of 15 CAD and I want them to have the courtesy to pay me the difference back.I even reached out to the general manager.Crickets. Stay tuned. Maybe they will reply to this message.

After 15 years banking at this branch, I never thought I'd say my husband and I are happy to be leaving it. We went in to close our account and I have never been treated with such attitude. Both female tellers lacked customer service and both were quite rude. The Indian lady charged me an extra $5 because I told her that I didn't like going there anymore. I have to say this branch has gone downhill. The good employees have left and the ones there need customer service training and attitude adjustments. They need more diversity.

They have their own set of rules apart from other scotia branches, I got the work done at other branch without any problem with same set of documents.

I don't know what's going on at this branch of Scotiabank but it is terrible. They let one person in at a time clogging up the ABM area. The ABM area itself is useless unless it's bank hours as they lock it up when the bank is closed so if I need cash I have to either plan on going to the ABM while the bank is open or find one somewhere else. As someone who works shift work this makes getting cash from a machine at my branch impossible most times.

Literally the worst Scotia Customer Service you could ever get. Their assistants are talking and I spent my 10 minutes in the waiting for other teller to come to help me. If we could get coins at ATM machine, I would never go to these cheap customers service banks. No respect for people’s time, they just talking in the corners. WORST BANK

Worst Scotiabank branch, I have been to. If you want to be feel respected do not visit this branch . They guys does not have the basic courtesy and knowledge of what they are doing. Visited on saturday - at 11:11 on 23 april. Both girls whom I have told my situation were so dumb they dont even understand what sin number is supposed to be. I waited at the counter for 20 mins just to get a response that they cannot do anything and thats when the customer representative told me to visit in person. Scotiabank is so stupid, even after updating my address they have been sending my cards on wrong address. After visiting this branch I am hundred percent sure of closing my account that too when its a free account.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Tellers and supervisor staff are very customer centric. The positive energy is comforting and contagious as witnessed to all others they served around me. People shouldn't blame tellers for bank policies. I am considering moving my business to this branch. Highly recommend.
