If contacted, save docs and report to feds. These weirdos are trying to scam me $3000 for a photo that appeared in my graduate thesis, which is legally fair use in Canada. Got a case worker at RCMP that’s taking care of this.This isn’t a law firm.

Business owners bewareI couldn't be more disappointed in the service I received. I would give 0 stars if possible. Despite asking for notification at a certain threshold of hours and scope of work on a lease, the firm continued to run up hours and then invoice accordingly. When audited, they placed blame on our brokerage team saying they approved it, which is incorrect, and also completely disregarded their responsibility to communicate with their actual client (me). This is just the beginning of the terrible experience with their invoicing team as well. As a business operator I wouldn't suggest this firm to anyone.

Have been working with Faruk Gafic and Andrew Magnus from AB for a little over a year. They helped me with my lease, and drafted a bunch of paperwork for my business (terms/conditions, employee agreements, etc.). They have always been great to work with - fast, thorough and good communicators. But I am leaving this review today because they came to the rescue on a potential legal issue, and their speediness and quality of work truly impressed me. Highly recommend them and their firm!

If you want to be billed 400$ per hour from students in training that have no experience, and charged for things they didn’t do . This is the place.Do not use them for human rights , or small claims .You can do a better job on your own.Save your money

We retained Jack Bernstein at Aird Berlis in regards to family shares held in Europe and the implementation for Canadian tax purposes.On June 18 2018 he replied to my initial request by email. The wrong engagement file was attached however and I received two pages of legal advice private and confidential" directed at a certain "person x" living in Europe. That did not boost my confidence but I went ahead anyways so it was noted by me to mister Bernstein and he send me the correct file. He stated 1400cad/h would be his rate and he'd be able to answer all my questions during a call.Two weeks later

This firm was used to investigate the West Lincoln councilman over his involvement with the Freedom Convoy.They are happy to take money from government agencies to throw dirt on Canadian Citizens.The lawyers and staff who work for a firm like this are the worst type of people, who only care about money, not facts, or justice.Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent. Threatening small website owners for one photo that was used 10 or more years previously, accusing them of copyright infringement. These lawyers have nothing better to do with their time than threaten owners of small websites and force them into bankruptcy with their huge lawsuits.
