TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst experience at any TD branch. My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I showed up at 12:57. No receptionist was there. Then the agent came late and called my name at 1:07. She didn't even apologized for being late. I entered her office and sat down. I asked her 'I thought my appointment was at 1:00? She said ' Yes, and it's 1:07 now!!!'The highest level of non-professionalism you would expect.

Time to drop the plexiglass! This inhibits the client service and experience. It’s already difficult and long enough sitting in the “green chair” to be waited on.

Horrible location & very rude staff i tried to by coins so i could do laundry. The staff told me i could only buy it with cash. Since covid as a precaution i dont use cash. When i asked for a supervisor to speak to i was told he already spoke to one.... i question why you have staff wearing masks and plexi glass up when your forcing people to use cash that doesnt make much sense. Worst experience at a bank and wost TD employees the managment should be retrained.

I came at this branch first time and I did some of my business transactionsIncluding some USD exchangeThe beautiful lady she helped me was super polite and helpful I wish I could ask her name but the branch will know who is she she helped me to deposit a cheque exchange my currency and provide me some cashTiming 03.19pmThe reason I write this review is a lot business we do every where people they don't respect their customers.But the lady like her is always good for any business and they should get raised by their manager or promotion.Thank you so much for your great customer service.Najeeb.

The teller I spoke with was not very helpful and also gave me wrong information that wasted my gas and time. I tried to deposit a check and they told me they had to hold it. She recommended going to RBC to get it approved. I drove there and got there in time before they closed. The teller there said they do not approve the cheques. So I wasted a lot of time driving around from false information. Terrible.

Took my teen son in to get set up for automatic deposit for his first full time job. The receptionist suggested that he also set up online banking and explained how helpful it has been for her teens. We appreciated the personal-experience touch.Lovedeep (teller) assisted us with everything from the download of the app, to adding employer information on my son's account to eliminate cheque hold time, to explaining many useful features of online banking. She was thorough, thoughtful, patient and super friendly. We never felt rushed and kindness permeated the entire interaction. She even congratulated my son on obtaining his job and gave him kudos for being responsible with his funds. Truly excellent customer service.I was so impressed that I brought my daughter in to set up the same. We had a different teller the second time (sorry! I've forgotten her name) who was also very thorough and helpful. Appreciation to all three ladies for their warm, personalized assistance.

The personal who work in this branch are absolute saints! The amount of abuse they put up with from over-privileged customers who can't manage to follow an easy system of scanning a code and waiting in their car until it's their turn to come in seriously makes me worry about the future of our species. Thank you to each and every staff member who is doing their very best to follow the every changing demands they are presented with.
