Jaguar Land Rover Thornhill - Parts

I have went to 3 other shops to try and fix my engine light on my range rover sport before bringing it to landrover thornhill. I left my car with them for about an hour and the technician (Kevork) figured out what was wrong with it so quickly. they said it would be ready the next day to pick up. picked the car up the next day and no engine light and my sport was running like new.

took my rover into the dealership ship overly worried about my experience. the technician that took care of my car was outstanding. he took the time to explain things.. i highly recommend kevork to all that need work done to their cars!!! ask by name.. KEVORK

Great dealership. Excellent service from the service advisors to the technicians. Kevork my service tech was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issues on my Range. He showed me where the fault was and allowed me to understand their approach to resolving it. Amazing service from the team at Jaguar Land Rover Thornhill.

Katie Kong was very professional. She went above and beyond our expectations. Spoke to us with respect & honesty and showed exceptional hospitality. Walked us out after we were all done! How long does it usually take you all to get a warranty repair/check-up service appointment with a loaner(courtesy) vehicle? Seems like JLR Thornhill service here in Canada (Greater Toronto Area) is going from bad to worse. They don't even seem to or want to care if some serious damage is done to you or the car while driving it in a problematic condition. The other option is to just drop off the vehicle and head back home (50kms one way in my case) which isn't a viable option! The service quality for Lexus and Accura I hear is heaven when compared to this! Seems like this is the heavy price I need to pay for being loyal to the Jaguar brand since 2012... They are doing nothing but digging their own grave.

I am so happy to have my car taken care of at this dealership. My head mechanic, Kevin has taken care of me since I’ve had my first jaguar for over 10 years, and his knowledge and service is second to none! I know I am in excellent hands with him !!!

Our family has been using this dealership for the last 6 years. The service is outstanding and expeditious. Kevin Ghazarian is the most knowledgeable and courteous mechanic we have ever used. We will continue using this dealership well into the future.

Worst service out of all JLR’s in the GTA, wouldn’t cover faulty exhaust valve that was sticking even that they had my car twice for that issues for couple of days at the time, wouldn’t replace rust exhaust on 1.5 year old car with 25,000 km with additional 200,000 km 10 year warranty …Ajax JLR replaced both items without any problems…save yourself time and aggravation and stay away from this place!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. I have been a loyal Land Rover customers for years and getting any repairs or services done at this location is always a complete NIGHTMARE! Their entire team from service, to parts, to management is beyond disorganized and unprofessional. I have been having issues with my Range Rover over the last 3-5 months and have made 3 separate trips to the dealership - to note I live at least a 1-2 hour drive one way, have spent thousands of dollars, and the issue continues. Each time I get dragged around, the repairs are hundreds - if not 1,000's of dollars more then was was quoted on the diagnostic and THE ISSUE CONTINUES! Each time I go and get a rental it is a completely different process with more crazy hoops to jump through, I have expressed my concerns with the service manager (who was just recently fired) and nothing changes. Seriously, save yourself a headache and take it anywhere else, literally anywhere else!
