TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I was at this branch this past Wednesday with my aunt who wanted to make some changes on her Visa card. Madeena Wardak was the associate who helped my aunt. Madeena was professional and personable. I was impressed with her as was my aunt.

I went into the branch at 1: pm, to follow up on a wire transfer that I did not have a receipt for. The teller said it was no problem, but she would have to make a call. She told me that within 45 minutes, they will get back to me. “You can wait or go, I will call you.” She promised. After 4 hours, I did not receive a call. I went back into the branch and spoke to another person. She went to the manager, the same person from before. He said it would take 45 minutes for a response. I waited for another hour, only to realized that he left me sitting there and walked out of the branch unknown to me. One of the assistants asked me to explain what I needed help with because they would close shortly. I told her to ask her co-workers, when I pointed finger at the previous person I dealt with, she turned an gave me a laugh. She knew that there was no call going on, but it was better for them to have me sitting waiting in vain.If you can’t help someone, don’t waste their time. I did the wire transfer in Ottawa, and they were very helpful to me. The branch closes at 6 pm, and I left the branch at 6:20. There was nothing said about race, but as a black woman, I will consider my experience as racial profiling. They did not value my time, and took me for granted. I was leaving with tears in my eyes, I had to go back and let them know that, I did not appreciate them treating me the way they did. I felt invisible and so humiliated.

Always have come to this branch for help with my accounts. Never really had a specific personal banking associate before until today. I needed to change some things with my account and I had Matthew Inciong help me out. Very professional and truly cared about my (the customer) needs and made sure I understood everything that he was explaining. Definitely would recommend him!

1000/10. This is the best TD branch hands down. Coming from a business owner who has 2 business accounts with TD and other personal accounts, this is the only reliable branch. Other branches have caused me so much trouble in booking appointments, give out false information, and are so careless. This TD branch has an amazing staff and management that never fail to make me feel comfortable and happy to be there. I really appreciate them for their hard work and dedication to their roles, it means a lot from a customer. If it wasnt for them I would have switched banks a long time ago. Great customer service from this branch, especially Sameer! He is a great financial advisor and an even better TD representative. Highly recommend booking an appointment with him!

Had to rate 1 star because of the advisor experience I had for mortgage. The guy (forgot his name) basically asks me first if I know a broker & once I say that I do then he gets less interested because he wants to recommend me someone & I guess he gets commission from him. For pre-approval he basically said I am eligible for less range but then when I went to different TD I almost got 200k more eligibility. Really bad bad experience overall

Deposited a BMO draft for $100,000 on 30 Jan,2023. After told by the manager George Muresan, that there is a hold on the draft, I requested my draft back. He refused to return the draft and evicted me from the branch. The funds were withdrawn from BMO and as of 6 Feb, 2023, the hold remains on the draft. I own a business and would never allow any employee to treat a customer similar to what George did. Thanks George.

Friendly bank staff - able to get what we needed to do efficiently and quickly

hello, i usually don’t leave reviews . but i had the pleasure of working with an associate named Olinda. She was able to explain in quick detail the different banking options for both credit, chequing accounts, etc. I was truly amazed by her customer service skills! Definitely a memorable experience!

Very fast and efficient service here. Usman was a great help in getting my account / credit card updated and always really fast with the cash deposits and withdrawals. Excellent service.
