Came to this spa specifically even though it was a far drive to use a Spa Wellness gift card which it indicated on their website this salon accepted and I also asked when I made the appt. Got here and not accepting the card since June ! Why is it still on the website and they didn’t even offer to comp a 30 min massage. Not all that apologetic either. Not a good experience ! Won’t be back.

A wonderful spa with wonderful people. I have been coming to this spa every year when I come to Wis for a getaway. The massages are wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect and I enjoy it every time.

Great fast service, easy to find and get parking. Moe was an amazing hair stylist. Can't wait till i go back. They do just about everything you need. Hair cut, color, wax & much more.

I use the Spa services every month. Alex is my Technician. She does a fantastic job. I'm very satisfied.Spa offers many services including massage, facial, laser hair removal, eyebrow shaping, etc.

Was in town for the weekend for a couples anniversary celebration - the guys went golfing and the ladies had a spa day. I had a facial with Mackenzie which was a 10/10! She was fantastic - kind, explained what she was doing, and had great techniques. Would definitely recommend her! I then had a prenatal massage (cannot remember the name of the masseuse for the life of me). I would say it was about a 4/5. The masseuse was very kind but I would say I had more of a deep tissue massage than a prenatal. I didn’t necessarily mind it so I didn’t have her change anything but I wouldn’t say it was quite what I expected for a prenatal. I left feeling good so would recommend the masseuse if you want deep tissue! Overall the spa was clean and the staff friendly, would return in the future.

Kind of a weird experience. There seemed to be some trouble at the register which took priority over welcoming and helping guests. I was able to book an appointment for the afternoon. My service provider was fine and the results were ok. I was expecting more given the price of services. Perhaps an off day?

Had a facial done by Natallya. Very relaxing experience much needed after a long week of work!! Will definitely be coming back. Natallya did an amazing job!! 5 Stars hands down.
