Often find this Tim Hortons to be quite slow and have had my orders messed up a few times. However the staff is always very pleasant at this location

Worst experience of my life. I ordered a roast beef cravable then the lady messed up and put chicken. I asked for them to make the right one and the lady who took my order proceeded to try and blame me saying you ordered chicken which I know what I ordered and it was not chicken. Then she proceeded to give me the side eye. When I finally got the correct sandwhich made they still added stuff I asked not to be on there. The lady was very rude. Worst Tim Hortons in St. Albert

With 6 people working no one served me or even acknowledged me, or the growing lineup of people behind me for almost 8 minutes. I had to ask if no one serving our line up before the cashier acknowledged me and took my order. Really disorganized for inside customers.

It’s a nice place to eat at, my experience with drive thrues is always nice. But anytime when I go inside the store ealry in the morning or at anytime I seem to always get an annoyed look unfortunately and not so happy and friendly. There is one girl who doesn’t give me any smile and just takes my order looking at me, but other staff is friendly when they tell me my order is ready and hand it over to me. Easy parking as well, and spacious area, easy payment, food is a good 8/10 sometimes my breakfast sandwich is dry and messy. And it’s usually clean in there and good places to sit like a lounging area with comforting music. They also don’t seem to mind when I need to sit in there for a while and enjoy my morning coffee. Thanks for the customer service.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. The wait times when you go inside are awful. I ordered a wrap and the chicken was improperly cooked in some places. The wrap itself was a piece of chicken on top and then the pitiful fillings all stuffed into the bottom. The wrap itself was torn along the side and sauce was coming out of it before I even opened the package. Every time I order a coffee it's the same and every time somehow it tastes different. A few times including today no sugar was added. I would honestly rather make the trip to another location just to get proper food. Terrible experience.

There are some horrible staff members in this tim hortons. They are not doing their work properly and they are blaming me that i ask them to make another food for me. I ordered a habenero chicken bowl with some extra stuff and paid for them. Firstly the quantity was not accurate. And the chicken was not fresh, it was hard to eat. I told them before ordering about the chicken but still they did the same thing. Then 1 of a tall guy was trying to help me and that filipino lady was seeing them angryly. I throw that old bowl in the garbage and that lady said why you didnt show me, i showed that to that guy but she said with attitude that no show that to me. They did that thing with me bfore as well but never said anything because i am a regular customer. I come almost 10 times a day to this branch but still unsatisfied with some the ladies working over there. They speak in their language so that the other guy cannot understand anything.From today i will never eat anything over here

Bite taken out of my food, seems like they aren’t used to complaints because as soon as they saw me return they gave poor customers service and attitude towards me. The one worker that took my order was respectful but the lady who made my food horrible, be cautious when ordering from here.

Watch out for Rona and Kristina. They are are working out of this location and others. Pretending to hire people only to steal their information. I've filed a police report. Hopefully they're arrested soon.
