I go there every month for my shellac manicure with Cindy. She’s very good and meticulous! Shellac always last between 3 and 4 weeks!! Very satisfied except for the time waiting sometimes...

The technicians are all very nice and experienced. I am well pleased with my manicure and pedicure. I would also recommend doing a nail extension coz they pay attention to detail.

I love my nails. First time i had my nails done with Acrylic and first time to get done abroad since it is really pricey. Though i waited a lil for my turn, i can say that it is worth the wait. A lil pricey but i really love it! I showed her the style/design i want and she was able to do it nicely. Will defintely recommend and will definitely come back!

The lady cut my finger, didn’t even apologize, was rude, the instruments were not clean. Very disappointed

I am rating them so poorly after having been a regular customer for years. I traveled and came back after a couple years and I am beyond shocked at the decline in service quality. (Where have you gone Cindy!!??) I thought long and hard before typing this review and I am proceeding with it to share my experience over the last two visits. Both times I had booked appointments, both times I showed up 10 mins in advance. Both times I was sent to shop for 15-20mins because they were not ready to receive me. An average quality pedicure takes them an hour, and a refill gel manicure takes them 2hrs. On my last visit my appt was at 1:45, by 3:15 nothing was done except my pedicure and was asked to wait another 30-45mins. I picked myself up and left.This place sounds like a fish market with technicians yelling at each other from across the parlor. They give appointments to customers that are 15mins apart totally disregarding that our time is valuable and have things to attend to. I literally felt like we were cows lined up for slaughter. They will make you wait, and you will end up leaving with an average job done.

I wish I could give them -10. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and not punctual.We booked in advance for a bridal party, they called asking us to show up 1hr later as they are running behind. Then we get there, the location is extremely small and packed as they kept on accepting walk in.We requested powder on natural nails. Instead of admitting that she is not qualified to do it, she told me oh it's not possible. Then said my nails were not nice and needed extentions. Which I refused. Only 1 staff member knew how to do it and I had to wait for her to finish. They ruined the day, we fit delayed for over 3 hours, the bride missed her massage because they kept on saying 15 mins and she is done, yet kept on missing up. WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER STEPPING FOOT THERE AGAIN. UNQUALIFIED STAFF.

My wife used their service for many month really good experience her nails were always good looking the workers know how to shape and paint well. Its last an average of 3 week. Price is a bit higher than concurrently but result is better
