Purchased my car a few years back. Within a few months of owing it, I had to replace the brakes. Then they scratched it and tried returning it to me that way. Took it back and it was scratched again when they returned it. Then the bumper started falling off and they said it wasn't their fault although they were the only people who scratched the same bumper and had it on and off multiple times. I would never buy a car here again!

Good dealer. Sales staff aren't too aggressive. Interior is very nice. Had work done on my car. The courtesy shuttle was prompt and the driver was well mannered. Location is on par with other dealers here. The lot though is a bit small.

I recieved exceptional service from the sales person Ryan Graves. He was very patient, knowledgeable and very prompt in answering all of my enquiries. When he was not available, the Sales Manager Richard Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable of the status of my vehicle. They both kept me well informed as to the progress of my order and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the dealership. My dealings so far with others at the dealership have been a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a vehicle from Jaguar Halifax, Matthew Gove was my sales rep. Although I purchased one of the lower priced vehicles in inventory, I was never treated any less than if I had purchased a $200,000 car. Matthew and the team handled the entire transaction very efficiently and communication and timing was very smooth. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from the Steele group, but I’m certain it won’t be my last.

They refuse to tell me the qualifications of the person who is making major decisions without any alternative reason for all the things wrong with it on January 14 after my accident on my auto. Saying all items 10 items Not accident related Thus wanting to charge me a fortune

Phenomenal.....Amazing.........Spectacular.These seem like insults compared to my experience at Steel Jaguar, Matt Gove was professional, personable and very efficient.I am not sure if it was common practice or just luck on my part but i was privileged enough to meet and speak to the GM John Gwynne-Timothy, based on his employees general consensus and my own experience i understand how this was as effortless as i can imagine but i am still blown away.(considering i have worked in the industry for several years its amazing to me ay least)I also had the pleasure of meeting with Chris Ryder the Sales Manager who went above and beyond in my opinion.Chery Cao is the Financial Services Manager and she was perfect, i was informed of the status of my vehicle and really all aspects of the deal every step of the way.I could go on and on but I will just say that if you like visiting different dealerships, by all means.If you want fantastic Vehicles, unbelievable customer service and to have the easiest and most enjoyable experience buying a vehicle then I would strongly recommend just skipping the rest (unlike myself) and go straight to Steel Jaguar.You can lead a horse to water

Litterally the worst sales service in the city...went through the credit process for a specific vehicle in which i was assured was still available. Only to find out it was sold a week prior. At this point they preceeded to offer me a vehicle for twice the price and not even the same make. When i said i wanted a specific car i was dropped like a bad habbit....the british guy Bill is an absolute joke of a salesman. Pretty sad service for such a big business.

I traded my truck for a used SUV listed with Halifax Jaguar. The vehicle had a couple issues in the weeks after purchase but Chris and Mitchell made sure all was taken care of. Old-fashion service and a comfortable environment at the dealership. I would recommend Halifax Jaguar for sales or service.
