Horrible service. I opened mortgage and checking account there. The consultant Nick forgot to setup a PIN on my debit card. When I wanna deposit to pay my first mortgage in Montreal, the brench there did NOT allow me to do without PIN, even I provided all my IDs. Then I had to drive back this stupid brench to reset PIN. And no apology.

Excellent service plus more (he also tended to my son's financial needs), Johnny Nguyen the financial advisor and mutual funds advisor was knowledgeable and I appreciated his attention to details. I learnt specifics about RESP even after dealing with these funds for the past 3 years. The post appointment service was impressive. Great Job hiring this young professional to our Scotia Branch!! Excellent customer service. Greeted with a pleasant smile by Ruchika Malhotra, took care of all my matters in a whisker, even fixed a few account related matters, changed my home branch from East York town center to this one immediately! 10/10

Worst Scotiabank branch I have been too. Customer service is zero. I went to close my accounts and as I got a refund on my Scotiabank credit card it had negative balance. I asked the teller 'Daniel' if I could move the balance to my account as I am not going to use my Scotia credit card anymore she said yes and moved the money to my checking account and then I withdrew and closed my checking account. Today I am seeing a service charge on my credit card for that transaction which the teller did not think important to tell me. I am definitely going to fight that service charge but be carful guys these people are useless and have no idea what they are doing. I won't be surprised if the branch closes soon permanently

Best Scotia Bank branch around by far. Very speedy service always greeted with a smile and courteous service. I have dealt with this branch for years and the staff Yvonne, Don, Daniel, Caroline and the branch manager Anotonio are exceptional professionals always putting the customer first and taking care of all your banking needs. Keep up the great work!!!

Poor customer service. They do not know how to value high priority customers. Take your business else where. Seemed a little racist towards customers.
