Normally don’t write negative reviews, but had an absolutely awful experience with a cashier here around 6:30PM on May 9th. She was very rude. I’ve never experienced such a rude cashier before, despite us being very nice. Disappointing as normally I have great experiences with No Frills staff, and the other employees seemed kind.

Poor customer service. Yesterday June 21, 2023 my elderly Father was checking out his groceries and didn't want to buy a whole chicken so he went and returned it. The cashier lady was rude to him and called him stupid". It was was infuriating for my father to receive this kind of mistreatment and disrespect."

This place needs self checkout. The prices are fair (depending on what you're buying). They don't have a bakery or Deil, but you can find a local one nearby anyhow. The produce is usually quite good here. Tons of frozen foods.

I am one of several people today who were unhappy that the smaller carts have been removed. As a senior with a back problem, I find the large ones too difficult to maneuver.

For the most part its ok, but everytime I come here to shop I have 4 or 5 item's I can't get because of being out of stock, I used to spend around $200 every 2 weeks now maybe $80 because I have to go to other stores to get what I need, well enough is enough I'll try another store like food basics. Bye bye

Awesome staff I cane at 5 mins to closing . The young gentleman let me in even tho doors were locked. I needed to buy wood for my furnace . I would have went COLD otherwise!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome work Guys !!!!!
