Wait times are atrocious and food quality is terrible. Staff are complaining about their jobs/other employees in front of customers.Food & coffee is usually expired, but they just reset the buttons instead of throwing out expired food to save on waste cost.Management hides in the back office and refuses to help during busy periods.Someone really needs to come in and turn the place around because there's absolutely no management.

I just wish that they could actually get the buns on right. By the time I get my burger, the cheese is stuck to the side if the bun that they threw it together on. Then, we get to rebuild the burger without destroying the bun. Fries were hot ! Yay !

Fake fries. Give a Segal a McDonald's fries they'll make a u-turn and hut you on your head with it. Give it a real potato fries and they'll beg for more all day long. No joking, try it yourself lol

Well it was our first English McDonalds in a while so it was a lot easier ordering than in Quebec. There is a small outdoor table amongst some dandelions too and our puppy appreciated the small natural area to poke about.

There's always something they forget or my food looks like the make it upside down .last IME I went in they messed up my belt . And I went in and got a new one 39 min later to see it was a pile of mayo made to the lowest standards. I literally gave it to them and walked out without my food. This place is run by kids
