Made the decision to go with Ecotech once we were moving ahead with the green home grant program. Worked with David in sales. He was a gem. I appreciated his industry knowledge, honest approach and sense of humour. He was very responsive in follow ups.We placed the order and were informed of longer lead times based in everything going on. No problem. Everything ended up being ready in the earlier side of the time window (pun intended) they gave. They managed expectations well.Install day came and damn, that team is fast. We had eight windows and the front door done and they knocked it out in one visit - not even a full day. They laid down protective mats everywhere and worked their way backwards out the door with a vacuum, leaving the house reasonably tidy. Only issue was one window was configured incorrectly - awning under a picture window, instead of vice versa. No problem, they put the old one back (good thing they were careful removing it!) and took the window back to be corrected.A couple weeks later with just a little extra follow up on my part, and they were back to finish the last one.We are extremely happy so far. Reduced road noise, higher efficiency. Using my smart thermometer I’ve seen reduced runtimes for our A/C since install, despite the heat through august.Would highly recommend. I recently had the pleasure of hiring EcoTech for a window installation in my home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Not only was the installation process seamless, but the customer service I received was outstanding. The EcoTech representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire project. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable guidance in choosing the right windows for my home.

Our new doors and windows were installed a few days ago and everything seems to be good so far. The installers were quick and professional and even though my home is over 100 years old, they managed to get the doors and windows in, square, and looking fantastic. The reason for only four stars, the paint on one door isn't perfect and started to flake. Eco-tech is being really helpful at the moment and I don't forsee an issue changing this to a five star review once that small issue is resolved.

Having done many renovations on my century home over the past 10 years, I can say hands down that this company was among the worst to deal with. There were long delays in measuring the windows and getting them installed windows. Poor customer service with emails and calls left unanswered. When they did come to install them, there was one missing, which took months to get. The installation was messy with excess foam oozing around the window frame. And those promised Air Miles I was coveting? I made numerous calls to get them. Promises were made, transfer dates given and ignored. Still have not received them. I would not recommend EcoTech to anyone. I see that EcoTech have received many complaints through the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading.

We got our front door and window done two years ago. We were very happy with the service so we decided to get all our windows done and patio door this year. Felix was great to deal with he was very knowledgeable. The windows came quickly and were installed by a great group of people who were very professional. They answered any questions we had. He arrived right on time for his appointment with us and followed up when needed. Big thanks to him for coming.Bonus point for EcoTech, they were ready to install our window earlier than the planned date. Wow. Fortunately, we were able to manage the early date.The installers showed up right on time, and were ready to roll.The installation went off without a hitch. Everything was awesome. The installers were both very polite and efficient. They explained things to us along the way during installation. Once complete, they promptly cleaned up any mess, and left our place in perfect condition.The window? Looks fabulous! We are very pleased with the choice we made. If you are looking to get a new window installed, I would definitely recommend EcoTech as a perfect solution.
