I called the Glass Doctor to order a replacement piece for my coffee table. Initially the customer service rep was very friendly - she asked me her list of questions in order to get a quote which initially looked good. unfortunately she forgot to ask me a measurement and they assumed" a measurement when cutting a piece of glass. I was surprised when I picked it up because it was not at all what I was looking for.After I was not in a position to buy anything the service turned from friendly to unprofessional and blameful
