Kudos to a place that 'listens' for clues about the family member who has passed away. Javier put his special touch by bringing his own bicycle to set up for the pick up of my fathers ashes as he heard that my father was an avid cyclist. It blew me away! It was priceless and meant the absolute world to me! I have told everyone, especially my dads cycling group about this special touch. Bravo!
