Great service and great prices ! These guys always go the extra mile. Not sure what Steven Kneller is talking about, just went over his reviews for other businesses and he had nothing good to say about any of them so I think hes just one of those people who like to complain about anything and everything. Get a job Steven and quit bringing other people down !

Had my remote starter and windshield here. Professional and friendly. Very decent price.

They did great work on my windshield replacement, and then went above and beyond later to assist me with a couple other things that just really made my whole week. Anyone can sell you a replacement part, but the care and attention they put into my needs was exceptional.

First time in the store so no purchase / sale / service experience to base judgement on better or worse. The displayed stock is pretty basic for auto aftermarket products. The lady at the counter did assure me that they had access to a substantial range of items that were not on display. Store was clean and organized. Parking is open not a problem. Wheelchair accessability might be problematic; single swing door at ground level; not sure of the dimension but i would say standard single swing commercial grade door. Tough time to be in retail in mid- COVID and aftermarket especially. As I said i didnt have any particular product that I needed so the three star rating is more a reflection of the circumstances than on the business end of it.

Called on a whim today, was running into lacombe for hockey. Called ahead of time and was unable to make it before he closed. Evan was so kind to wait, he even met us in the parking lot and didn’t even charge for the part I was looking for. He went over and above!! I would highly recommend land auto Center to anyone!

This place has the worst service that I have ever had no exaggeration. Had Decals installed there 1.5 years ago and they started to peal, I went in and talked to them to find out if there was any warranty on the work knowing that it was a slim chance but worth a shot. waited for over one week and no one called me back so I called and they had no clue what I was talking about but they said that they would look into it again. I waited another week and a half and then went in again and they still had no clue. I was obviously not happy . The lady said that she would get their decal guy to call me back and he did , I came back so he could look at them and he said that he would see what he could do. This was over 2 weeks ago and I give up, never have I witnessed customer service this poor out of all the places that I have done business. How this place keeps customers I will never know, I will drive to red deer from now on, not only was the decal quality very poor but the service well you know. Tried to support the local businesses and am regretting the decision. Thanks for nothing guys

They installed a new hitch on my SUV then 4hr later I pick it up and they didn't not install the wiring on it. After they where asked too thanks for the inconvenience... said I could book it in for the next day .... there a reason for an appointment.. do the job right the first time

It's true! They are fast, friendly and affordable! I showed up with no appointment and they fixed both my rock chips for $21 while I waited. Highly recommended.

I've been in several times for rock chip repairs and always receive outstanding customer service. I typically have two young children in tow, they've been served cookies, have coloring available, my oldest was even given a Disney fidget spinner once while we were waiting. Thanks for all the friendly faces and the efforts made to keep us comfortable while we wait!

From vehicle rentals, to rock chip repairs and after market parts, this team has done it all for our vehicles over the years. After a frustrating experience with an aftermarket product that rendered our vehicle inoperable, their team came in after hours on New Year's Eve and had it fixed properly ensuring we wouldn't have to bring it back.
