CDN Colonoscopy

I went there twice. The first time, I wondered why there were so many complaints in the reviews about the receptionist. She was simply straight to the point and efficient. But when I had to call back for information, I understood exactly what all the complaints were referring to. She was rude, interrupted me before I finished my question and gave me information that in the end was false. At my second visit, I asked her for clarification on the info (at which point I realized she had given me the wrong one over the phone). I ask how come this is different from what she said on the phone. I wish I recorded the rest of the conversation. She spoke to me in a very degrading tone of voice, repeatedly starting her sentence with my first name then a pause to sigh (the way an older adult speaks to an annoying toddler in an exasperated way). She dodged my question, and when I pointed that out, she raised her voice at me, saying that this conversation is useless as it's going around in circles. I mentioned that she was simply not answering my question. I'll spare you the content of the next ten min, but suffice it to say that had I had it recorded, I would have been able to file a formal complaint for her behaviour.

My greatest appreciation to Doctor Blum and his wonderful secretary, who were extremely helpful, considerate and attentive to all my needs during my experience with them. Very professional and gave a service beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of his services. Thanks again for all your help.

Dr. Bloom and his staff are very efficient, punctual and professional. I don't know why all the complaints about the receptionist. I found her to be very efficient and nice. We even joked around.
