Southern Delicacy
The food was terrific. It was the second time I visited. Both times we had excellent food. The egg with truffles was soft without being runny.There wheel chair accessible washroom was horrific when I was there. Lots of boxes in there leaving about 9 inches of leg room for those who managed to contort themselves into position to sit down.There second time I visited, there floor was a bit sticky.Both times, the staff was friendly, efficient sand knowledgeable - superbly professional.Average out, it is 3/5

The food is excellent !!! You can come here with family and group of friends. I think they have table for 8 -10 persons. They have different menu for lunch and dinner time ! Seafood is great in there. Price for a dish below about $15 to $20, for seafood the price will be higher.

Came here w the fam and got the crab, egg truffle, sweet and sour pork, and fried rice. Soooo good 10/10

Pork belly was so tender it melts in your mouth. Honey pork chop was pretty good too. Not too dry and not too oily. Cha siu noodles was a bit bland.

Too salty, chicken over cooked, all bones. It's like having lots of tablespoons of salt mixed with old inventory left over chicken.

The chicken wing is pretty good as ordered from a lot of reviews. But the roasted pigeon was the big surprise! Even better than the good ones in Richmond but just a bit on high price, though it’s understood with that location!

The food at Southern Delicacy is consistently good, and combined with a relaxing atmosphere and attentive service, this is a top choice for Chinese cuisine on the west side of Vancouver. Highly recommended.

Visiting from LOS Angeles and found this place based on a friends recommendation. Must try the roasted pigeon！ Done just right and the skin is crispy, not too much fat underneath the skin. We also ordered the rock cod, mango sauce pork chop and the beef stew. Taste just like how I was used to back in Hong Kong. Great service much better than how I would normally expect at a dinner type Chinese restaurant.

We went for lunch and they had a lunch menu. Lots of choices. We had the fried basa fish with rice, salted fish & chicken fried rice and poached chicken and rice. The food is made with high quality ingredients and delicious!!! Service was fast and polite. I will definitely go again.
