BMO Bank of Montreal

I had a really good guy helping me out through the last couple years especially during covid where I lost my job and he gave me really great advice..(I think he was the branch manager). He always took the time to help me and my spouse out and I don't get that same feeling anymore. The front line staffs attitude and willingness to help had changed as well. I feel like that is a direct pour from branch managment, I really miss the head of that branch(sorry can't remember his name). Since he is no longer there I'm thinking of switching to TD or Scotia... not by choice but lack of leadership and guidance when I enter the branch. Me/my spouse also filled out a survey and gave his branch a great review and questioning my decision since this manager is no longer there. Thanks.

2 new employees working at front. I have waited for more than half hour. The only one who is not new employee doesn’t even know how to do a wire. It took more than 45 mins today

Just want to share my experience with this Branch, Ms. Kristan Asst. Branch Manager Thank you ..Thank you so much !!! for taking care of my request so promptly and understand my concern. I was out of town and something urgent came up relating to Bank service, without any hesitation Ms. Kristan took responsibility of my request and even called me to confirmed all was taken care of. Excellent BMO Branch with very good staff !

Banking service is very good. But this plaza is hard to get it. Need to go very far to get a U turn in order to get in. However, this plaza manager is watching people. If you across to another place for a coffee, this guy will tow your car and ask $300!!!. Many people get such experience. I would never go to this plaza again.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Requested an RRSP transfer over 30 days ago and no updates. Phone calls and emails to Cecilie are not returned. As a customer of over 20 years I shouldn't be chasing them like this.

Always pop in here for transactions and the folks here are amazing and customer service is always top notch

Donot pick up phone or call back to get appointment.I tried few days , leaving voice mail to book a appointment and no one calls back .Visited the branch and was asked to set a appointment. Strange . Very slow branch , other banks in area are much better . I had to state the urgency, to get someone assigned .

Just had an excellent experience at this bank from an awesome bank associate Keri (Kexin). Great location for small business owners. I never walked out of a bank feeling so welcomed and taken care of before. It's refreshing to get solid customer service. Great job Keri!

I was in the BMO branch at Third Line and Dundas St this morning and I was served by a very friendly bank teller Jennifer Guo. Jennifer you were very friendly and professional and you brought back another great memory of my last visit to this branch about a year ago. You were very kind last year and again today and I want to let you know that I appreciate your great customer service skills and that I will be a customer for life with your kind of service. Everyone writing about having their car towed didn't pass the grade 10 literacy test. There are clearly marked and visible signs stating that if you park your car in the plaza and leave it there it can and will be towed, This is because of the new hospital going up across the street and people trying to avoid parking fees, being from around the corner I see cars towed on the regular because people choose to ignore the signs posted all over the lot, if you can't spend 10$ to visit your sick relatives and park in the garage then you're just cheap, the fees pay for the hospital which may have just saved your friend or family members life. You're also taking away potential business from the stores in the plaza due to there being no parking spaces.All in all the bank is wonderful, if you can't read the signs and have your car towed, or if you can read and choose to ignore it then the 300$ towing fine is deserved by you.
