Paula has been cutting my mom’s hair since I was a little girl. In recent years I’ve seen Paula to have my hair cut and coloured as well. She always does such an amazing job at choosing the best colours, and integrating them in a way that allows me to go a while between visits - as I’m often too busy to get in to see her as much as I should.Would highly recommend Paula and Chatters!

I have been using Chatters for the last year now and have never had a bad experience. Tamara is my hairstylist and colourist and has never once disappointed me. I usually get a mixture of highlights and lowlights, the colours she picks are extraordinary and very complementary. Tamara always exceeds my hair dreams, she has made my hair so much healthier, shinier, softer and overall in a much better condition. Tamara is exceptionally professionally, has a heart of a gold, and is one of the sweetest women I have ever met. I always know I’m in the best hands with her! I could not recommend Tamara’s work more to anyone hoping to achieve their hair goals ❤️

Please don’t go to this place …. Last Tuesday she did the keratin ( she spend over 480$ ) …let the public know what is your explanation….Thank you for your reply the form in your website is filled . Can u explain the reason for everyone

I always go here for my hair care products! Great staff and I can often get my products during a sale! I’ve also got my haircut there and I was very happy with how it turned out. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Manager was extremely rude and a pair of my Merrel brand-new boots had nail polish drippings on them Display shelf beside cash. Manager was sooo rude and abrupt hung up on me too due to miscomnications. Had Boots checked by repair service 5× yrs experience, Stated it was nail polish likely from side display of colors and a leaking bottle near cash out s pretty much the only answer. Never going near that ' rude piece of baggage' again. She's a real 'work of art Letter to Headquarters office tomorrow. This person's nature is running a good reputation."

I enjoyed Chatters a lot! Carrie R. cut beautiful side layers and styled them in a chic and glamorous way. Also she recommended me an amazing treatment to hydrate and improve my hair. Love it!

I recently moved to Kingston and I was looking for a place that could fix my hair. I am so happy I found Chatters! I had a great experience! The lady that answered the phone was super nice and understanding. Tamara did a great job fixing my color and cutting my hair. I am very pleased with the service, the staff is great and caring. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommend the place!

Carrie and Amber were sent from Jesus in heaven himself!For context: A week prior to my appointment at Chatters in Kingston I was a platinum blonde, trying to go back to a nice natural, rich brown. I went to a hairstylist in Ottawa who absolutely butchered my hair. It was fried and an ugly grey and dark black mix with these white streaks.When I called the salon, Amber, the manager, was extremely charismatic, sympathetic, and eager to help. She went out of her way to reorganize the her day so that Carrie, a senior stylist, could fit me in ASAP to fix the awful mess that was my hair.When I got there, Carrie gave me a consult and told me she would fix it. During the service she was so fun to talk to and was very particular with her work. She took her time fixing it to make sure that the finished results were what I had asked for.Needless to say, when it was all said and done I was absolutely blown away!! During the consult, I showed her an inspiration picture of what I was looking for knowing that I would end up with only something similar to the picture. When she revealed the finished results.... I was speechless.She LITERALLY took what was in the inspiration picture and put it on my head. She started off with a completely destroyed mess (of someone elses doing) and gave me exactly what I wanted. Now, every time I need to get my hair done, I will happily drive the two hours from Ottawa (where I live) to Kingston. .In Conclusion: The experience was great, the people were great, and most importantly, the finished results were absolutely perfect.10/10

Can’t recommend Carrie enough! She provided a great consultation and really listened to what I was looking for in a cut. She also recommended a great styling tool based on my concerns. Thank you, Carrie!

Kayla L is an amazing hair dresser. I’ve been going to her for almost 5 years and always does an amazing job. They use some of the best products for your hair and very friendly. Always leave feeling refreshed.
