Customer service at Kinetic Konnection is excellent, the staff go above and beyond! It was my first time hereI got measured for compression socks by Jessica she is very knowledgable and professional. The socks I wanted they were not in stock, Jessica got back to me to let me know so we can choose a pair that I can get faster. The second time I came in I was helped by Amanda she asked me if I know how to use the compression socks before leaving they truly take care of their customers.I recommend Kinetic Konnection Burlington

When it comes to personalized service on health and wellness products, Kinetic Konnection is a much better place than ordering cheap stuff off of Amazon! Went in for a night splint for my fasciitis and Amanda was great in helping me choose the right one for me.

I had no idea what I was doing but they were so friendly and kind and even took care of my entire insurance process and questions over the phone with my provider before I even had to wonder. They really do help you through the entire process and stick with you even after you've started wearing the orthotics.

Both times I have been to the Burlington location the staff have been amazing. Today Amanda helped me find a wrist guard to help with my carpal tunnel. She showed me my options and even called my insurance company to find out if they could submit the claim for me. I was so pleased with the help I received on my first visit that I sent my husband there for his orthotics.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their products. By the looks of the certificates on the wall the staff appear to be kinesiology graduates. Very helpful and very friendly.
