The staff is amazing ,very knowledgeable and welcoming Krishna helped us out with our concerns and the manager working there his name is Ade went above and beyond to give us the best customer service ever experienced.Recommended to everyone who wants best price and service visit this store , you will never regret.Thank you

Bought a new phone with screen protector 3 months ago,screen protector unglued and came off ask the manager if he can replace it he tells me no you gotta buy a new one. Call another store they look at my file and they say I'm under warranty .

Just solved a problem that the techies up the line in Bell support were not able to figure out after 3 attempts. I explored the problem with Sam and was amazed at his ability to listen to the problem, communicate clearly and demonstrate the initiative and advanced problem solving skills to organize a strategy that would present the problem to his manager Ade so that together they could solve the problem. They both demonstrated excellent communications skills and were a breeze to work with on the problem. This is a group that works together and fosters a welcoming customer first atmosphere. If my memory serves me well I was also helped by Sarah a ways back who was in training and demonstrated interpersonal and technical skills far beyond her designation of trainee. Thanks again to all the team at 280 West Hunt Club Road in Ottawa ON. P.S. I was also amazed to receive an email from Daniel Korean as a follow up to my positive feedback on his team at Hunt Club Road. I say amazed as for me to receive such follow up from higher management is unprecedented. I acknowledge excellence whenever I run into it. This team has an attitude of service for the customer from the top down. I highly recommend that you check them out. Well done team!!

Overall, this experience superseded my expectations! Saif was thorough in fixing an existing issue I had due to a previous encounter with a a negligent door-to-door Bell rep. I was skeptical to return to Bell due to the previous experience, but he was extremely thorough , ensuring I was fully aware of all details, prices, processes and expectations . He provided me with outstanding service and prices , such that I turned to Bell for 4 new services (the latest Apple Watch and iPhone, internet and TV !) for a very reasonable price! On top of this, he was able to perform in a timely manner , and even helped me transfer all my iPhone data to the new phone so I wouldn’t lost anything . He even went above and beyond to help me set up my MyBell account so I can always track my services and bill on one account. I will definitely be returning ! Thank you Bell Hunt club and specifically , Saif for amazing customer service !

Just left the Bell hunt club store - dealing with cell phone providers is usually a disappointing experience but not this time! Ademola helped me out and was able to save me some money on my bill and help my small business (@browsandblushco) out as well, definitely recommend going to this Bell store if you want someone who’s actually helpful and kind!

The 2 Bell employees at Hunt Club location are outstanding- polite and very capable...all with a friendly smile. ALL the other Bell workers in Ottawa and Montreal were rude and inefficient.
