Very bad customer service!!! The lady does not understand English!! Messed up the order and was very aggressive when asking her to fix it!! Spent over $80 on a meal for my family with no chicken balls , instead sesame chicken meal . This is the second time this has happened!! Very rude and aggressive!!! She tried to convince me I ordered a sesame chicken meal and not chicken balls. Very rude and confrontational!! Reading other reviews makes you see she does this a lot! Never ever again will I order from her and I shall let many other people aware what kind of rude person she is Shame shame lady!!! Beware !!!!!

Food vs price was amazing value. The chicken fried was more steamed then fried. Sesame chicken was the best I've ever had but I think I'll skip the egg rolls next time. Ordered over the phone and was ready in 10mins. Fast friendly service. My new go to spot in Port!

Seriously the best chicken balls I have ever had.Edit: we used to get this place regularly, at least once a week. But over the past year it's been less and less as we noticed the prices have risen and the quality decreased. I know that prices for everything have gone up in the last few years, but it doesn't justify the reduced quality. The chicken is pretty dry, and the veggies have gone from a good mix with giant fresh broccoli to a few tiny broccoli amongst what is mainly sliced onions with some green pepper.We've only ever gotten takeout, and the takeout is extremely quick. However, I wonder if their quick pickup time is due to a reduced patronage, I'm not sure. I really hope they get it together soon though, I miss what this place used to be!

I have visited this restaurant at least 10 times. It appears to be family run and the people are typically friendly, and for that I wish them all the best. However, they won’t be getting any more of my business until they can tighten some things up. The quality of the food has diminished and any dish containing chicken has been consistently over cooked. Secondly, the prices are a little high for the portion size. Lastly, three times out of 10, they have got something wrong on my order. The first two times I did not say anything. The third time I spoke up and the lady argued with me and actually tried to convince me that I was wrong about my own order which is rather peculiar. Anyway, I have hope that in the future they can sort some of this stuff out, but until then there are plenty of other options in town.

Great Chinese food! Small, clinical venue, but tasty, hot food. Portions are big, but not too big. Good variety. Owner is very friendly, but has a heavy Chinese accent. Would go more if they were opened later.

WOW! This restaurant is so delicious and also so kind. They ensured that a group of us nurses had Chinese food for our shift for the night. They were closed, but opened to make us a meal. It was so so kind of them and the food was some of the best chinese food I have ever had. THANK YOU!

We were in town to visit and took a chance on this restaurant. I wish I hadn't. I paid $60 for 1 thing of chicken fried rice that was bland. 1 contained of what was supposed to be szechuan beef. It was unedidble...mostly baby corns and vegetables. Literally 5 small pieces of beef in the whole dish. Tasted like they threw sweet and sour sauce in and added a bit of spice. I box wirh 5 chicken wings. At any other Chinese place for $60 I could feed 3 people and still have tonnes of left overs. We ended up throwing it all out at our hotel. I was extremely disappointed.

We placed an order which included fried rice. It was so disappointing. Egg rolls were chewy, and the fried rice was regular steamed rice with some vegetables and bits of meat.
