My rabbit's vet was on vacation when my rabbit developed a head tilt, and since I know that can be pretty serious, I called around looking for another exotic vet that could see him. Kortright was able to see him the same day and I was very impressed with their care and service. Dr. Paige Veysey was wonderful and seemed very knowledgeable about rabbit health. They went through our different options and I never felt pressured. Price was a bit high but that has been my experience with vets that deal in rabbit care, and was expected. Thank you so much for everything!

My boyfriend and I recently got a puppy and were looking for the perfect veterinarian and clinic. When searching all the other clinics were very brief with me and didn’t really give me the details I needed to feel comfortable with putting my puppy’s health in their hands. I contacted Kortright Animal Hospital and they gave me all the information I requested in order to make me feel at ease as this was such a new experience. Our first appointment was great. They gave us a warm welcome, a tour of the facility and a great consult with Dr. Jones who is so kind. She was fantastic with our pup and gave us so information on everything we were questioning. Even after our appointment the vet techs followed up with me to see how she was doing and again answered all of my questions with things I was worried about. I couldn’t have picked a better clinic.Thank you guys for making us feel so welcome.

Dr Craft is outstanding but since the practice was sold customer service has gone down. I have technicians telling me I need to get serious work done on pets before they have been seen by the vet. And an obscene amount of spam emails and text messages. Dr Craft truly cares about the animals and does everything for them, but the clinic is now run by a corporation.

Just had another visit with one of our fur babies at our new wonderful vet's office. They were recommended when we moved to Guelph right at the beginning of COVID, by a former Veterinary student who trained here and used KORTRIGHT for her own dogs. I am so glad she did. They are a very caring, understanding of individual's situation and friendly office and veterinarian staff. After 36 years with the same vet in Richmond Hill it is so nice to find an office as welcoming and interested in giving correct care for our pups. They go that extra mile. Would highly recommend.

I won't take my pets anywhere else! The whole team is fantastic, so supportive (my puppy is my first dog) and just an all around pleasure to work with! They were also so kind when I had to take my bunny in to be put down. 10000/10 the best vet office around - I recommend them to everyone I know.

We absolutely love Kortright Animal Hospital! We recently had BOAS surgery done on our 4 year old Frenchie, Mirabelle, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience and the outcome. Not only did the surgery go very well and our girl is finally starting to feel better, the way the staff treated us and our dog from our first consultation to our follow-up visit was more than worth the 90 minute drive each way to their clinic. The staff at Kortright are an incredibly friendly and compassionate group of people, but they are also very considerate and empathetic, and add little thoughtful touches throughout each visit to make their clients feel welcome and cared for. Surgery is a scary event no matter how routine, but Kortright made us feel as comfortable as was possible during the entire process. We were absolutely blown away by their accommodating attitude and their focus on customer service. They reassured us at every stage - pre, during and post surgery - answered all of our questions and invited us to ask more. They are very professional and knowledgeable, but are also considerate and respectful of how we choose to personally care for our dogs. Mirabelle doesn’t automatically like every vet she visits, but she absolutely loves everyone at Kortright - especially Dr. Kraft who performed her operation. We could tell that the staff treated Mirabelle as though she were their own, and it was clear that she was very well cared for while she was there. My husband and I are so grateful that a friend recommended we try Kortright Animal Hospital. Based on their excellent customer service and our wonderful experience with them, we will happily continue to take our animals there. If you are looking for a positive veterinary experience, I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

If you're looking for a clinic, or a new clinic then this is the place to get some information, and meet people passionate about their work, and the animals under their charge.The women and men employed here are extremely capable and knowledgeable. They've treated myself and my two girls incredibly well. Both of their spay procedures went without any issues, with very little scarring post healing.They give enough love and warmth that even post spay/procedure my girls, are still excited and bouncing around the car when we pull into the parking lot.Not to mention, phone and text reminders for appointments, Medication and the ability to contact a Veterinary technician 24/7 make me feel a part of a community bigger than myself.
