I have used Reinhardt Plumbing and Heating at both my residence and my work place and have always had excellent service. They were out to fix the problems we had in a very timely fashion. The price on installing air conditioning in my home was the lowest price of 3 quotes that I received and I have not had any problems with it in the 4 years since it was installed. I would recommend Reinhardt Plumbing and Heating and will be calling them in the future.

A couple of weeks ago, I had them install an air exchanger with heat recovery system. They were really quick to respond and sent their quote immediately and I must say it's a reasonable price. The installation was great, they work fast and clean. The technicians were very professional and friendly. The results were extremely satisfactory. The system really does bring in fresh air and remove all the stale air outside. I have an old house and was positive with Radon. The air exchanger unit they installed worked perfectly with our Radon mitigation systems and Radon reading is now close to zero. I love the product they installed. The workmanship and professionalism they delivered were way beyond I've expected. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We used Reinhardt Plumbing when our water heater bit the dust. We were so happy with the service we received. From the quick reply to my inquiry, the quick installation appointment, and the great technician Mike, who was polite and timely and very nice to work with - we couldn’t be more pleased. Came out when they said they would, did the job quickly without any mess or trouble, technician was super friendly and very easy to deal with.What more can you ask for?

When I woke up this morning I discovered our water heater had blown and there was water all over a portion of our basement. After making other calls, Reinhardt Plumbing had some availability for same-day service. (I’m assuming everyone was busy due to the -44 windchill and was thankful they could come the same day).Danielle was more than accommodating on the phone, even asking the model number of our water heater where she discovered it was still under warranty. After numerous calls to other companies, she was the only one to ask for same, thereby saving us at least half the price of installation of another model. Bo and his partner were very fast and professional and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Rinehardt Plumbing to everyone and will certainly call them first for any future projects!

Got 4 quotes for moving a gas meter. These guys were the most reasonable. They were on time for the installation and communicated constantly with what was going on. The installer (Mike) was awesome, friendly and even went out of his way to make it look better then it did originally. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and gas changes/upgrades!

Service beware!!!We had them come out and work on our boiler in our house. They Temperley fixed the boiler. Changed a part they did not need to be changed. Took the old part didnt even have the decency to leave the part behind that did not need to be changed. Not only this they charged $360 a to travel here. Remember when we had them come out gas prices were not what they are now . This comes out to be .90 a km and $90 a hour for their guy to drive out correction more then that their km to drive out where wrong and time was out to lunch.It also took them over 2 months to get our invoice out for a unfixed boiler. We have txt messages and video surveillance that prove he was here for 2 1/2 hours but got charged for 5. They way over charged us and did not even fix our boiler. Thanks for the service. Dont bother talking to the manager you wont get anywhere.

Don't look any further, Reinhardt Plumbing is a wonderful company and will save you money. The tech just installed a main water valve in my house and he was great to deal with and the office staff is very helpful !

Every time I call Reinhardt Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, they make an appointment to come out and they KEEP the appointment! They do great work for me and fix whatever issue I have in good time, usually in the same appointment. The guys are always friendly, and if I have another issue that came up before they arrived they are always happy to help with that as well. You can't go wrong with these guys.
