Joseph and Christian were AMAZINGLY helpful during The Great Rogers outage of 2022. Friendly, knowledgable and willing to spend time helping me get set-up with an eSIM card so that we could get back online for some urgent stuff. I even witnessed them deal gracefully with a rude and entitled customer while I was there. These guys are great representatives of The Source team - keep up the good work!

This has to be the most pleasant and friendly service I have ever endured. A huge thank you to Arthur who has made our shopping experience such a pleasant one. Arthur took the time to explain services and options to us without making us feel pushed into any immediate decisions. He knows products and services very well and has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I would definitely go back and plan on referring friends and family to the Source as well. I look very forward to returning to the store in the near future.

Could have a bit more stock, however everyone working here is very professional, they take their time explaining everything from the tech to the warranty, and I've never had an employee treat me wrong.I think it would be awesome if they offered to show you the online stock in store. Other source locations offer, I find you have to ask here (if your product isn't available in store). I'd give another star for the initiative.

Employees were nothing but rude to my girlfriend, who came in with a faulty charger for a laptop she bought from the store, only to be told that it was somehow her fault the charger wasn’t working? Sweet that makes sense thanks guys!
