The pizza itself was decent. But I ordered a fully vegetarian pizza because I don’t eat meat and they put ham on it. We did not even request ham on any of them. So I called to ask for a replacement and they refused to bring it 10 minutes away. We picked it up originally but we did not want to make the trip again at 8:30 at night when we were feeding the kids. “I can give you $5 off your next order”. We’re here on vacation. “Well, I saved you money on your pizza to begin with so….” Just rude. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s about how you fix your mistakes. And they made absolutely no effort. I wouldn’t order from here again on principle alone.

Terrible terrible service been waiting half hour for 2 donairs. Will not be back here. Our food finally came out and it was cold. Very. Very rude manager. Got our money back.

Pizza is delicious. Giving it one star though because when I ordered last weekend, they forgot 2 donairs and cookies. I tried calling but I keep getting a message that I'm out of their service area because I'm calling from an out of province number, and can't get through to the store. So I sent them an email asking to be refunded for the missing items - it's been a week and haven't gotten any response.
