Not good to deal with. Got told it would take a few days to get my online banking. Took 3 weeks. Called the banker who open my account several times as well as the customer service department. Banker got back to me finally after a week and told me he would send me a email to get online login right away. 6 hrs later branch closed and he didn't contact me back so I still didn't have access for 7 more days. I also signed up for the no fee business banking promotion for a year, but since I didn't have access to the online account I couldn't see they took monthly fees from my account. When I call and asked about reimbursing the fee they said they will not reimburse my fee.

How does a major provincial bank have only one 24hr atm in the entire city of red deer. Honestly

So I just walked into this bank in a hurry and needed to open a new bank account. Ryan helped me with this right away and within 3 minutes I had a new bank account. It took me longer to explain what I was doing than it did to open a new account! ty!
